feeling overwhelmed from my session today....we covered a lot of tough areas. I opened up and told my T things I had held in all week and now I feel overwhelmed and these feelings need to come out. I feel the strong urge to SI tonight BAD....really bad...he says I did good by talking and being open today and when I came out I felt good but now I am wondering stupid things like I wonder what he is really thinking about what I said.....I have not been able to eat all day....I try but cannot swallow ....I know it is anxiety....that is why I feel if I give in and cut it will help....but I feel bad I talked to someone last night and talked them into not SIing and now I want too....ugh someone stop this merry go round and let me off I feel sick....

well I did not get off the merry go round and I got sick..........well I ate and then went in the bathroom and made my self get sick......yes I struggle with that too.........ugh I am sooooooooooo messed up.......so so bad

Talking about your feelings was a good thing. You can work through the uncomfortable feelings that come afterwards. I understand using the coping mechanisms that have helped you before. In time, you can learn other ways to cope that you can feel good about and that won't hurt you.

you're such a good person and i am so sorry that you're having a difficult time right now. what you did last night was awesome. thank you, again.......think back on what you did and draw some strength from that........xoxox pat

Hope im so sorry you are going through this. You helped me last night no to cut and i thank you so much so please dont feel bad for talking me out of it. I remember you told me that it sometimes helps you if you write things down. Why dont you give that a try. I hope you can make it through the night and im sorry i cant stay and talk with you. Please take care and try to stay strong through the night. Try doing a puzzle.I found that helping me today because it kept my mind and my hands busy.
