Ok so I started a new "diet" or lifestyle haha.
Which I am suppose to eat about 1300 calories a day.
I'm on day 6 and have been able to keep to it!
But I feel so hungry all the time!
I take really small bites to try to make it last through out the day.
But still so hungry feeling!
Or maybe it's just a mental hunger. Like I just wanna eat everythingbecause I'm holding back...

Any tips./ideas?

BTW I'm 19, 5'2", not sure how much I weigh but the goal is about 110. Which i'm suppose to be (if I keep at 1300 cal) at in September 2014.

Good going so far, keep up the good work!
Drinking lots of water helps, especially before meals and snacks to have a glass will help make the meal seem bigger and more satisfying.
Eating more fruits and vegetables, which are filling without as many calories.

Good luck!

I think it's normal to feel hungry on 1300 calories a day. I'm an inch shorter and really frustrated by having to eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight.

Have you played around at all with where those calories are coming from? I find that 190 calories of yogurt leaves me feeling fuller for longer than 190 calories worth of oatmeal, for instance.

That's interesting.. I've been eating like granola, a bit of candy, and like kool aid.. i've been struggling with my sugar tooth I am craving ice cream so bad!

I should try eating yogurt... but I really like solid foods better that take awhile to chew. Any good filling foods that take time to chew?

Is this dr supervised? It is not very healthy or helpful to be hungry all the time. Your body is telling you you aren't getting enough calories. Sugar water also has a lot to do with why you are hungry but I really don't think it is the whole story. When you starve yourself like that your body eventually fights back. Then it does it's best to store more fat because it doesn't know if this will happen again. Then it is harder to take it off. It's a survival technique from when humans did not have a reliable source of food. This is all fact. In fact it is partly why women gain excessive weight as they get older.

If you ate a healthy diet and eliminate sugar water and walk daily you will loose weight. You will also start to set yourself up for a lifetime of good habits. 110 is probably at the low end. I'm 5.5 and 135 is not model weight but is healthy weight. I did not have the knowledge that you have access to.
