I've always wanted to try horse riding, but hmm, falling off a horse would be scary..

the longest episode (that I can think of) lasted 5 whole months- from december 2005 to may 2006, it was really scary- I nearly died too

fun question:

coke or dr pepper?

Cats. They are too cute. I also like the fact that they are independent creatures (usually).

Q. Favourite day of the week?

for some reason, no matter how the week's gone, or how stressed I am, I always get what I like to call the ffriday feeling.

question: is your depression worse in the morning or at night?

It just depends how I happen to be rapid cycling at that time.

Do you use a Fitbit or equivilant to track exercise?

Last week when an old friend from my 'happier times' showed up. I'm out of my head when I meet people who have not seen my 'downfall'. haha

question: which tv show did you last enjoy watching?

Yes I do. It’s the motivation to do it that is the challenge for me.

Q. If a friend/family asks how you are (referring to your MI) do you give them the actual facts or just say your fine?

Depends on who asked. Most of my family is open to talk about it and there are people who are terrified to talk about it.
Q: What was your favorite part of mania/hypo.

The sex. That is until it became all consuming, taking over life both physically and mentally, then the agitation crept in and got worse and miserable self loathing depression followed. Fun for a brief time but high price to pay.

Q. What’s your favourite part?

It makes me feel like I know how things can go so I just know it’s better to stay in bed.

On my phone. The only time I play with cards is when I'm IP.

Do you read/watch spoilers?

My mother for sure. I am a single parent and she lives with me and does so much to help me. I would be lost without her.

When was the last time you laughed really hard and what was it at?

I watched a movie with my daughter yesterday and was laughing a lot. It was fun for us.

My boyfriend has a good sense of humor, too.

I laugh out loud every day. I also cry easily. Ah, well.

How many hours do you sleep a night?
