My goal is to use my Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred video workout every single day for 2 months and see how that goes with my healthy eating I've been doing. I'm excited

Goal for today: continue my project of clearing out the den. I had a storage unit that I cleared out and some of these items are in my den. It’s emotional baggage from a past life that I need to get rid of.

Pick up dog poop everywhere. Spray for bed bugs. Sign up for online defensive driving coarse. Sell something on EBay for extra cash. Purchase more clothes.

Goal for the day is to get out of the house and not just sit around with my thoughts. Also I want to call a relative who just started treatment for breast cancer.

My goals for the day have changed due to heavy sedation with Seroquel overnight.
I hope to pick up some around the house, although I don't have the energy l'd need to do as much as I had planned on. Acceptance.
My goals: pick up as much as I can. Inject Enbrel, about which I still have mixed feelings. I know this looks lame. I am truly impaired by a Seroquel hangover.

Love to ALL!

I finally finished the project I was helping hubby with! It took me two weeks. I will help him with more things, but what I completed was significant for getting the project to a crucial stage.

I need to go to the grocery store today. After our fridge deal, it needs restocking. I already created a shopping list with some planned meals in mind, and plenty of coupons for items.

my goals for today are:

- do my laundry (which I've done)

- empty my inbox (which I've done)

- post on here (doing that now.)

- give my friend the card

- empty the bin in my bedroom

- listen to some music

I'm going to be easy on myself since I finished a big project yesterday and Wednesday may be a bit stressful. Some below may sound silly.

1. Go to the store and buy two lemons

2. Shell pistachios to equal one cup nuts

3. Make pistachio fig tarts

4. Review NAMI materials

5. Meal plan for upcoming trip.

6. Iron some shirts for hubby and maybe repair a pair of his pants and sew button back on a pair of my shorts

7. Put away groceries coming from Fresh Express.

8. Make nice dinner.

The house is already clean and tidy.

1. Actually accomplish something at work for once, instead of repeatedly failing
2. Not fall asleep during the day
3. Clean up my bedroom floor. (It's got clothes all over it, along with empty cardboard boxes.)
4. Call my therapist *if* things get worse

I think these goals are achievable

Did #1, #2, and somewhat of #3. Did not call my therapist because I am trying not to bother her. I am still feeling pretty low, though...

Today, my only goals are:

(1.) keep up the momentum at work
(2.) continue to clean bedroom floor

I think I will refrain from calling my therapist, so I am not adding that as a goal today

Today:

1. Transfer some things within or out of the fridge part of our refrigerator. It's again on the fritz. We really don't want to have to buy a new refrigerator! We've had the same issue a few times in the past, as have many others with the same refrigerator.

2A. Buy honey and then marinate duck breasts

2B. Take a shower

3. Look over NAMI stuff (I've been procrastinating doing this).

4. Therapy at 2 pm

5. Deal with some dishes and tidy up the house

6. Water gardens?

7. Make dinner

8. Add something to an old blog post

I accomplished the first goal but not the vacuuming yet. I did clean my bathroom today and I've been meaning to do that for like a week so that's good.

My goals for today are:
-To read
-Set up an appointment at my college to get back in classes (I called an left a message with the person I need to see already so this just depends on when they get back to me)
-Eat and try not to feel guilty about it like I have been recently
-Pray the whole Rosary
-Finish a drawing I'm working on

I keep forgetting to come here to outline my goals. I have been able to get quite a bit done most days, for which I am thankful.. I have such a long list! It feels like I never get anything done, even when I make sure I have listed all I have done! So much of my list is paperwork, etc. I have not yet gotten to household tasks. In all honesty, I do have a housekeeper come in once a month. She does the heavier work. I cannot do it. I do take care of things in between her visits. I need to do things like clean out closets, pack up some clothing, etc. I also want to shampoo all of the carpeting before it gets too cold. I think I will hire that out this time, as well. (My strongest helper is gone). I just cannot do it all. Gotta keep on keeping on!
