And....... no sleep for me last night, I didnt expect it but would have been nice.

I did lay down for a few hours but Fibro is such a B right now that I just cant get comfortable.. Lots of rib pain so I feel like I'm often panting like my dogs ....so I go from bed to chair to desk to chair then to bed then to porch chair to couch to bed and kitchen then desk.

I just love pain and insomnia

I ended up getting to sleep but had to take my prn klonopin. Opening the window and letting the cool air in also helped, listening to cars and the trains is relaxing to me

sorry to hear about your pain. that sounds awful.

I slept from 11pm until 7am with multiple awakenings. Not sure how much I got, but it was definitely really broken.

I also woke up in the middle of the night and my leg was dead, so that kept me up. lol. (You know how when you sleep funny and sometimes circulation gets cut off to your arm or leg, and then it's like a dead arm/leg that you can't move anymore? Well, that. lol.)

Had werid long dream that I was a Chinese servant for an old friend. There were numerous windows in her bedroom with suction cup things hanging from them blocking the sun light. I had to move them. I also was making a table cloths, napkins and a runner for the table. I poured wine for her and whiskey for him. There was also a 50-60 yr old baby crawling around. I think that came from loony tunes cartoons.

Last nights dream is hard to put into words. There was a place advertising. It was like a giant bus converted into a spiritual get away. It had a waterfall poring over it. Mum and I along with a handful of others got in a van to ride out to where the retreat was. The museum that was attached was huge and for some reason reminded me of an airport. Mum was thrilled cause they had artifacts from all over the world and she didn't need to travel to get there to see them. As we walked along the huge museum there were things for sell. The retreat was at the very end and by then I was alone. The bedroom was like a VW bug Van. Had two couches with a tiny hired pull up space that was for you clothing. There was a closet too. And what looked like mud paintings on. The floor. I was disappointed but loved the sound of the water poring over the whole place. On my way back to join mum I was sidetracked by a shop that sold robots. There was a cute one I thought my granddaughter would love. I stopped to go in and the salesman asked for ID. I had an old outdated DL and a library card in my back pocket. I apologized for not having my credit card with me and explained I left my bag and phone on the van. Then I woke up.

I went to sleep at 12am and woke up at 7:30am (ish), but I did not have as many awakenings as I did during previous nights, so that was good!

I started pacing around today in my apartment. I have cogentin and it normally stops the pacing, but maybe I was just excited or something. idk. I just wonder if Rexulti is making my mood go up... because normally I get 10 hours of sleep a night, and now I'm down to 7-7.5 hours a night with multiple awakenings. I know it's not crazy like going down to 2 hours a night, but this could be mild hypomania because I'm giddy and making jokes all the time. I'm not sure.

I've probably sent weird things to people in PM. I don't know. Who cares though. I'm a ball of weirdness anyway. I just hope I don't have a case of CBS (Crazy B_tch Syndrome).

I want to go to a shop that sells robots! I could use one like Rosie the Robot Maid from The Jetson's to clean up my apartment. My place is a MESS!

Cool dream though! I like it!

Too bad you didn't get to buy a robot though. At least you got to see the museum.

I can't say that I haven't slept at all, but it's been highly interrupted sleep. With my husband home everyday all day, I have been putting dinner on the table early and taking my medications early...and falling asleep early. But that's problematic. I wake up numerous times at all kinds of times, throughout the night and early morning.

Tonight I took my medications at my old usual time. We'll see what happens.

All I want to do is sleep. I don't feel depressed, I just want to sleep through the coming month. I can't really wake up.

Don't remember much of last nights dream. There was a parade. Some rich guys estate where lots of relatives were competing to get his money. I had to wait until 3-4 in the morning to use a dryer that had the drum removed. So it dried stuff on top but the stuff on the bottom was still wet. And somehow this tied into a huge school with a career fair and a VIP lounge. Where we were clearing off tables of D&D figures and crystal glasses.

sorry to hear that.

I don't know if I'll sleep tonight myself. been panicking for the past hour about someone coming to infect me with coronavirus. I don't know if I want to sleep and risk anything. but someone at my complex is a suspected case... I just don't know which building.

Oo PTSD nightmares are the worse. Yeah, I used to stay up on purpose to avoid them.

Noone is going to come infect you.. most people are just avoiding other humans. If you dont sleep you will probably wind up with more anxiety and panic? Just double check your door is locked and hope in bed for some ZZzzzzzzzzzzzz

I am afraid they are sitting outside my window on my balcony. Fortunately, I have a lock on my bedroom door... but unfortunately, it can be opened with a simple coin. The lock in the other side of the door looks like a flathead screw. Just stick a penny or nickel in there, then twist... and BOOM. Unlocked. Same with the balcony door lock. I mean, it makes sense why the balcony door is like that.... you don't want to get trapped outside on the balcony.

Crappy locks
