I've been sleeping longer, but still doing the random nap instead of regular night time.

I fell asleep before 7. I woke up at 3:30. I was waking up throughout the night for a few seconds at a time but it wasn't a big deal. I was super hot though even with the air on so I slept in shorts and without a shirt on

Not the best amount of sleep (about 5 hours uninterrupted), but I did get some. So long as I don't fall over during my shift today, I'll be good!

I actually slept last night. Was having trouble falling asleep, my leg was just going and going, so I tried an old trick. I wrapped it tight with an bandage. It worked fell asleep and slept til 7:20, then rolled over and slept until 10:30. Had a fun dream. Got a guy to give me a ride to a store. Then I turned invisible! Was quite fun.

I fell asleep before 7. I woke up at about 1:30. I tried a melatonin gummy but it didn't work. I feel pretty rested right now.

I've been sleeping weird lately. Yesterday I passed tf out after my injection and woke up a few hours later, fell asleep again around 9ish and woke up at 1am, fell back asleep around 5 and woke up at 8.

I took my last 10 mg sleep pill last night. Within 20 minutes I was out. I woke up several times but was able to go back to sleep quickly. Got 9 hours of blissful sleep!

I've been sleeping 2 or 3 more hours collectively, which is a nice & welcome improvement. I will keep trying to find my way.

I've been listening to brown noise at night. Although I cannot take that name seriously because of that South Park episode. But its like white noise but works better in my opinon.

I haven’t picked up the ambien yet, so a couple hours this morning after 7am. Was in a crazy mixed up dream where I was in an old folks home. Then I was in a huge mansion, a lady asked me to swim for her, I went out French doors then underground to a boat house where there was a bunch of docks. There was one girl in front of me. She broke the dock but I ran off the end anyway. I could feel the cool water on my skin. Then when I came back into the mansion I walked in though a closet. Weird but so cool to swim in a lake again.

I fell asleep before 5 without melatonin. I woke up at 8 to eat a hot dog my mom brought back for me. Then I woke up around 12:30. I tried a gummy melatonin but those are just useless. I've just been listening to music and I ate 64 fruity tic tacs and then a few hours later I ate an entire container of orange ones. Which was 60 tic tacs. I wonder if my crunching woke up anyone. I'm about to get up and scrub my teeth and watch CNN and see whats up with the orange one.

I fell asleep around 6 something. I woke up at 11 then got back to sleep right before 3 and slept until 6. I am just so exhausted and in pain.

My insomnia is getting better. I slept five hours last night straight through. My "Beethoven for Bedtime" CD kept skipping so I had trouble falling asleep without it. I think it just needs to be cleaned. I was really surprised when I woke up and it was just after dawn. First time I woke up and it was somewhat light out in a few months.

Got my 5 mg of ambien. Doesn’t do much. Still takes me hours to fall asleep. But I do get about 5 hours. Had a series of tasks to do in my dreams. They were tests. A set of three that had to be completed. The first task was to put one sock inside another without using your hands. Forgot the second task, the tired was a tire, and inter tube and various other things, but I’d lost the instructions. Then I woke up so no idea what I was supposed to do!

I opted for melatonin tonight instead of thorazine since my muscles are getting stiff/sore. Can't sleep and even feel a little hypo. Listening to cleopatrick isn't helping I cleaned my Beethoven for Bedtime CD and it works now though!

No sleep last night. I did learn how to play "Wicked Game" on the keys though.

I fell asleep around 7 last night on one 10mil melatonin, and a basically empty stomach. I slept until 6:30 and I feel a lot better today.

I tried "free-sleeping" (read that's what some people with PTSD do to get a good amount of sleep in) yesterday/today and within the past 24 hours I got 7 hours of sleep.

I fell asleep before 5:30 last night. I woke up at 11. I thought I was going to be up but then I fell asleep at 3:30 using that brown noise on my phone and I had to pull myself out of bed at 7. So I guess I just slept in 2 shifts.

I got about 15 minutes of sleep after 10:45. I don't really know what happened. I fell asleep at 5:30 so thats probably why. I could also be anticipating my pdoc appointment tommorow and I had coffee yesterday too. I feel ok right now, I'm not too foggy headed.

Had two chunks of sleep last night. Initially went to bed around 11-11:30pm and promptly woke up about 3:15am. Couldn't get back to bed until 4:00 after which I woke up at my expected time 7:45. I do not feel rested and I've got to be on my way to work in 45 minutes. Hopefully, it will be a busy enough day today that I won't have "time" to be tired. Otherwise, it's going to be interesting.

I took 10 mg of ambien last night and quickly fell asleep and woke 15 minutes before the alarm went off. Ahh it was so nice. Did dream to but other than knowing it had something to do with college I can’t remember it. Need to talk to the pdoc about the 5 not working but 10 does.

I'm so used to my body making up for lost sleep at inopportune times, that this is a pleasant surprise. I mentioned it in the check in thread, but I fell asleep without really realizing it before 10pm and woke up just after 5am. A near 8 hours that I'm excited to have!
