Half a cup of oatmeal, tablespoon of flaxseed, a banana and a splash of soy milk for breakfast. Half of a giant sized cucumber and a cup of grape tomatoes for lunch and I'm probably going to have a cup of soy milk. No idea what I'm having for dinner. I DO still need to make my tofurkey. Hmm. We'll see.

No tofurkey. I'll make it tomorrow. For dinner I had a cup of grape tomatoes, a potato, an apple with peanut butter (per my husband's request), and a cheese stick.
There's this skirt I've been looking for, and I made the mistake of looking in my dresser drawer of all the cute clothes that no longer fit me, and it temporarily made me really depressed. I really should just donate all of them. I'm not losing any weight, no matter how healthy I eat. How is everyone else doing?

I bought a bottle of berberine from Walgreens today. I've heard its called "natures ozempic." Not sure if it legit works but I figured its worth a try for a $15 bottle. I went through the online drug interaction and it doesnt interact with any of my meds. It can cause GI issues though so I need to keep an eye on things. But the lady at Walgreens was really helpful with getting me the right kind for the right price and telling me how to use it.

I ate half a cheesecake lol. That was at 9:45 and I haven't eaten since. I did a bunch of moving around and deep cleaning and stuff. Right now I'm around maintence for the day.
But with 343 carbs for the day I'm starting to crash.

Two peanut butter sandwiches, half a banana, and a small bowl of vegan nachos, and three cups of unsweetened almond milk.
Don't know how many calories that is, but with the peanut butter and bread I'm assuming it's a lot!

I put a bag of grapes in the freezer. That’s one of my favorite healthy treats that satisfy sweet cravings. Frozen grapes. I like them better frozen.

I made my tofurkey today. Yay! So I had a piece of that with a baked potato. My daughter had some too and she liked it. Turned out quite well, if I do say so myself.

I feel like I ate a ton but I've barely eaten in awhile. I made myself a mini sub sandwhich a couple hours ago but besides that it was just crackers since Monday.

I ate at the clinic. I forget what they called it, but it was savory rice with roasted cauliflower and marinated chicken. Mm delicious. Now I need to find something for dinner.

I didn't realize how much a pound of roast beef was. Or that it would be $13. I was eating a couple roast beef sandwhiches a day these last 3 days. But I finally finished it. I also ate the 3 bananas, and the pint of raspberries I got. Now I'm working on the bag of Fuji apples.
I did get some seasonal candy today, but I do fine with having sweets in the house.

I wish I were slim again too, but oh well. All I can do is my best by eating healthy. Had two bananas, two peanut butter sandwiches, a plain baked potato, and little less than a cup of grape tomatoes, and four cups of unsweetened almond milk today.
I calculated my calories and all is good. I feel much better when I eat peanut butter during the day. Think I was lacking in protein or something.

I did 60 push ups today. I controlled my hunger pretty well even if it wasn't the best quality wise. I've noticed I'm getting a bit stronger and I'm able to lift heavier things and I'm not out of breath doing chores. So I guess my working out is paying off.

I've been eating my Lite 'n Easy today. Had a rissole wrap for lunch (ate at about 10:00 because I was hungry) and will have one of their frozen dinner choices for dinner.

I did 190 push ups with my ab roller. I had mostly Ritz cheese and Ritz peanut butter crackers to eat but I did have a protein shake and I had a bowl of chili for dinner. I did good.

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of 7.
So far I’ve had a bagel with cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt today. Trying to decide what else to eat today. Probably some soup and crackers. And then maybe for dinner Swiss cheese/scrambled egg sandwich. Probably snack on frozen grapes Anyway yeah idk. I know my foods aren’t like the healthiest but I’m really focusing on one thing right now which is cutting back on the sweets like pastries etc cause those are the most difficult thing for me. So I’m just making very small minute changes over a long period of time so I can stick with it easier. I can’t do sweeping changes all at once or it always backfires and I end up failing. So yeah just working on things little by little.

I did 70 push ups today. Way less then the 220 I did yesterday. I ate less today though. I might try to do more if I get energy.

Peanut butter banana sandwich, apple, cucumber, and a cup of grape tomatoes so far today. My husband and daughter are making vegan shepherd's pie and homemade reeses at the moment. Help! I'm going to pig out on chocolate! Oh well. At the moment I'm so lacking in motivation I don't give a shyt.
