Today I have eaten a beef salad for lunch and spaghetti bolognaise for dinner (small portion). That’s a wrap!

I really like these low cal flatbread crackers called Wasa crackers. I had 5 of them, a microwave egg, a Slim Fast, and a plain cup of vanilla ice cream from Sonic. I'm not sure about dinner. Maybe sourdough pasta

I did 30 ab crunches today. My cats like to watch me. I'm not sure if I'll do anything else.

Still not eating breakfast and still not weighing in. Stopped taking my weight loss meds. All it does is suppress your appetite but I don’t need that because I don’t break my diet during the week anyway

Haven’t taken any steps towards excercise. I’m still Leary of losing weight. I lose weight at both ends of the spectrum and associate weight loss with being in an episode. I like my stability a lot. I have a lot to loose by becoming unstable. It’s only because losing weight is healthier than staying at this weight that I even consider losing weight. I got a therapist to talk about this issue but it’s wicked to get in. I’ve got three appointments lined up but they are not until December and January. I met her once for intake and she gets it. I know this is a fallacy that losing weight equals instability. It’s irrational but that’s why I’m seeing a therapist. To tackle this.

I did yoga today and might do 30 minutes on the treadmill later. I got rid of the sugar in the house and I'm really irritable without it. I might have a small thing of raisins and almonds since that's good protein and at least a somewhat better source of sugar

Ugh I never want to eat again. I haven't eaten much since yesterday morning though. I tried eating some crackers a few minutes ago so its not like I'm not trying.

My new pants that were tight last night are now almost too big today. Lol. I know I've been working out lately and I can gain muscle a lot easier because of my meds, but I didn't know that it would be like that.

When I was working retail I was on my feet 7-10 plus hours a day. I hated the retail jobs so much. But I lost a lot of weight due to that. So I’m trying to stand and walk more throughout my days. Kind like pretend if I was working retail but not because I’m not working right now. So yeah just being a lot less sedentary. Try to hit at least 10,000 steps a day. I was regularly getting 20,000 plus steps a day when I was working. I didn’t even really alter my eating habits that much when I was working and I still lost the weight just due to being so active. I mean I ate a tiny bit less frequently due to being busy a lot so less time to boredom eat and less binge eating. But yeah the big thing that helped was the sheer amount of physical activity throughout the days.

Today I took a walk to the library. So far I’m at 5,000 steps. I’m also gonna get on the treadmill for 30 minutes here soon on an incline of 7.

Try not to think in black and white, all or nothing. If you ate the lemon meringue pie it’s okay, it’s okay to have a treat now and then it doesn’t ruin the diet for the rest of today. Just make healthy decisions for the rest of the day I get stuck in this though pattern a lot where I eat something I consider “bad” then I say **** it I screwed up so my diet is now ruined. Then that caused me to proceed to binge eat because I don’t care after that and think I already screwed up for today so I might as well eat whatever I want then start over tomorrow. It’s okay to veer off your diet now and then, it’s natural. People are human and not machines, we all slip up sometimes. I wouldn’t even call it a slip up actually, a treat occasionally is fine. Eliminating certain food groups entirely tends to backfire at least it does for me. That’s what I learned in intuitive eating

Yeah i had added nutty dunker donuts to my Shipt order, but then i had a Fiber One cinnamon coffee cake thingie and i removed the donuts. I keep a supply of chocolate and cinnamon fiber ones. You cant overeat them because you WILL be sorry! Day 3 of back on Weight Watchers. It is hard to strike a balance among the attitudes of what can i eat, what can't i eat, how hungry am i, etc etc etc! Having rules doesnt necessarily make things easier! I have made eating more veg a habit, finally!, and that helps a lot.

I stocked up my fridge with more protein shakes. I got my regular chocolate and vanilla but I also got cookies and cream, munchies, fruity cereal, and galatic brownie flavors.

I did good today. I did 60 ab things with my ab roller. I mostly just grazed because my stomach was weird.

A weight watchers buddy mentioned that Bush's baked beans has a zero sugar option. Omg they are sooo good. They have just the slightest hint of bacon flavor.

I think my old stomach med was the main cause of my hunger. Ever since I stopped it for good a couple weeks ago I haven't been too hungry. I have to figure out dinner. Probably just a protein shake. My pdoc kicked my *** a bit about things in general but I don't think he is happy about my lack of appetite.

Today I had a bowl of oatmeal, an apple, and a piece of vegan shepherd's pie. Just not very hungry I guess.

Oh, and my husband and I went on a VERY chilly walk! So I got some exercise in.

I fell asleep at 4:30 and I woke up at 11 and drank a protein shake. I was tired. I haven't eaten breakfast yet. I'm still trying to wake up. Food sounds gross but not eating pisses off people.
