I did the dishes, there was a lot of them but they’re all done now. I’m probably gonna walk to the store tomorrow with one of my free half gallon of milk cards to get one, I was gonna go today but I slept late and don’t like going out in the afternoon cause it triggers dissociation really badly so I’ll go tomorrow morning.

I think for the rest of the day I’m gonna draw and watch some of my shows. And probably read too.

@Blue_Bird - I love your kitty pics as always! Mustachio just has the most unique coloring and the best name to go with it! Papi looks like he is adjusting well.

I called Social Security. Oddly they couldn't find anything about a review more recently than 2015. I know I had one in 2018 or 2019. I think I had another since but am not sure. They said to just not worry about it. I'm not sure I can do that but I'll try. I'm so confused! I hope I didn't just trigger a big review.

Just found out my daughter scored a 1510 on her SAT! 1600 is perfect. But her score is in the 99th percentile for Texas and the 98th percentile for the U.S.! She didn't even study for it. I have one smart kid!

Hey it’s Saturday! Means I’m taking my son to swimming lessons. Then will go to the mall because he needs new school shoes. Time for me to get dressed. I’ll be back.

Thanks for the new thread Thanks @Nammu! My daughter is so smart doing so well on the SAT, especially since she didn't even study!

Just got back from the library. My daughter drove for the first time in a couple of weeks, so it was a bit eek! on the nerves. But home safely now, just wish I had some cure for seasonal allergies. And I can't do the Neti pot; I'd tried it and no, I couldn't take it. H does it, but I just can't stand the way it feels.

I really hope I'm less agitated tomorrow. Definitely could use a better night's sleep too.

I hope everybody on here get a better nights sleep tonight. Though I slept pretty good.

Did errands, washed the car, got gas, got my tea, got my cheese. I’m all set for the week end.

I just had some string cheese for a snack, along with some Triscuits. I have really been craving cheese a lot lately.

I have cheddar cheese every night with my meds. I’m supposed to eat something with them. So I picked cheese. I read decades ago that real cheese promotes good bacteria in your mouth and a small bit before bed is better than brushing. But that was decades ago and I think toothpaste has improved since then.

I read that Neti pot is not so great. You do not want to be introducing substances where they do not naturally go, was the gist of it. I feel like if i tried it, it would totally eff up my Eustachian tubes. I have a gf who loves it, btw. I bought a nose water spray once, and i was grossed out. Its bad enough that my dr prescribes me flucanisole for my perpetually runny nose. Most of the time my right nostril is blocked. Thats why i never became an olympian athlete - no air supply!

Every morning I start with a glass of boxed chai and a bit of soy milk. That’s as close as I usually get to real tea. But this winter on some of the cold days I brewed a cup of honey green tea. It was surprisingly refreshing. And hot! The hot was good.

Oh you know - i usually only drink tea when im sick. Altho i have been enjoying it more lately, odd flavors like Breakfast in Paris, which is like Earl Grey plus herbes de Provence - or at least lavender. So i think im subconciously worried im ill. Uh-oh.
