I wish I lived near you so I could come and adopt her even though we really don't need a 4th kitty! What a cutie!

Not to encourage someone who's saying they don't need a fourth kitty, but as someone from NH, practically all our shelter cats come from the south... just sayin, you've got 'em

She is super cute. I see so many cats there I fall in love with and want to adopt while volunteering there. But I already got two kitties and that’s all I can have here, so I just am content to see them and play with them while I clean out their cages and give them fresh food and litter and let them come out to stretch and play

Took a 1.5 hr. nap, feel more awake again after that annoying beeping low battery in my smoke detector last night. I just finished baking chocolate chip cookies. I usually do manage to eat a couple without too much ED bother. But really they're more for H and my daughter. I don't have a huge sweet tooth. I crave cheese a lot. Cheese and salt, like green olives.

My son woke up 4:45am. Turning the clocks backwards didn’t help. I’m so tired. Flu injections today!

I hate when theres a smoke alarm beeping on a youtube video. But i love reading the comments to the video where people are like HEY change the battery! Because you really cant tell if its yours or theirs!

I fell asleep for an hour or so and at one point I had my phone in my hand and it dropped on the floor which freaked my mom out.

I feel kinda blah right now.

Ooooohhhhhh it was very good. What a horrible dilemma. She must have felt so alone. I was so proud of Trixie. I can’t say more than that without spoilers!

Hi everyone. I'm just sitting around bored this evening. My POTs symptoms got triggered this afternoon so I have just been sitting around resting since around 1 pm. I didn't make it to Mass this evening because of this. And, there is only so much phone scrolling, reading, and tv watching a person can do so I'm getting a little stir crazy. But, I will continue to make myself rest and will head to bed early.

Before my POTs symptoms flared, I was able to get some things done, including cooking what I'll be eating for the next few days. I'm worried about how my POTs symptoms will hold up as I start to prepare to move. It was working on moving stuff that triggered the flare today. Hopefully, starting early, will help me be able to do things in small chunks and rest as needed.

Since I'll be traveling home and moving, I'm also worried about how the stress of this all may impact my bipolar symptoms. I'm hopeful things will be okay though because this is the best med combination I've been on since I was first diagnosed in the fall of 2021.

It was kind of an after-school special for this group! I thought it was very well portrayed. They really do so many things so well on this show. But i do have to cover my eyes sometimes. I am an old maid at heart!

I get blister packs for my meds and I somehow lost tomorrow morning’s pills! Should I call the pharmacy? I have another week and a half of pills.

I'd call the pharmacy or your caseworker. Otherwise you'll end up short in 1.5 weeks, and you know what happened last time you couldn't have your meds refilled. Probably your caseworker because the pharmacy is likely to want a new script from your pdoc and an insurance over-ride unless you have refills on it and even then insurance may feel it's too early to refill the prescription and not pay for it. And if it's a benzo you lost good luck with gettng that refilled. I once lost a whole bottle of clonazepam and my pdoc wouldn't refill it until it was time, just gave me some low dose Seroquel instead.

I’ve been up since about 2:45am and couldn’t get back to sleep. So I listened to an audiobook for an hour and a half and played my videogame for an hour.

I promised my neighbor I’d help her bring her luggage to Amtrak today since she’s going on a trip to Florida and needs help bringing it to the train station. We’re gonna take a cab there. She just needs help loading it, unloading it and bringing it wherever she’s bringing it, she’s 85 and has congestive heart failure so definitely can’t be doing that by herself. Anyway, she has relatives in Florida that will help her with her luggage when she gets off down there.

Anyway, yeah that’s mostly the plan for today. Aside from that gonna read a lot. Also try to get some exercise in. Oh and violin. But I’m not pushing myself too hard today since I’m so tired.

Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with my psychiatrist. Nothing much to report , been doing well for the most part. Even dissociating way less and when it does occur I’m able to stop it pretty fast. I’m not sure what changed that. Maybe therapy. But yeah mood is stable, anxiety is pretty low. All is well.

Also have an apartment inspection tomorrow. Ready to get that over with

I can't even begin to figure out what I need today. I called my pdoc to set up a sooner appointment about the Prestiq. I don't feel terrible. Just not great.

I just waited things out and I ate some apple slices. I feel ok now.

My pdocs office called back. He has a telehealth for this afternoon. I'll have my mom with me and hopefully he won't make too much of a deal about anything.
