I am going to try and swim. Believe it or not that has been helping me sleep better. I would have gone in sooner but with all the drama today then the cats want attention and hubby wanted dinner and my uncle called it's just one thing after another.

It's almost to much effort to get up and go in.

Cake, glad you couldn't find a bridge! Hugs!
((((((all - more hugs))))))

I had a quick trip to psych that I now need to re-energize my muscles from sleeping for 24 hours. I want to go run, but am pretty tired. Should likely wait. Running for us is like swimming for ya.... hurts, but gotta do it anyway.

shoulder and side and wrist are REALLY super flared; trudging back through trying to get into pt again. blah.
may tomorrow be better for everyone!

Liz Christina is right you are going to have to take a day off maybe Friday so you get 3 straight days off.

I went to the doc today my BP is 160/100 again if it's not one thing it's another. Where's the bridge when I need it

Christina did you see what I put on your wall

Thanks everyone. Can't take time off from work right now. I was threatened with transfer to an office 3 hours from my home if I don't increase productivity. This came after four months of telling my boss I was worried about the lack of referrals I was getting. she made it seem like I never communicated the lack of referrals to her. I plan to leave the office early on Friday for what that's worth.

Your boss is a big time jerk. Would you like me to make her a cake made with chocolate laxatives.

That should give here a lot of time to think

Might be a little funny to hide the toilet paper

Can you tell I haven't had much sleep. Hubby got up at 4 am and said the kitten peed in the front room but where ? So I moved the couch and used bleach water and mopped the front room and the kitchen and moved the couches etc

I have been known to use a word that begins with "B" when referring to my boss.

Cake, why didn't hubby clean up the kitten pee when he found it???

Here's the thing we didn't find it. We kennel our dog each night in the front room. Ever since we got her she pees in her kennel. We have never been able to break her of that habit no matter what so each morning we have to wash her blankets and spray down her kennel.

I think she just peed a lot in her kennel and he did not clean it that well this morning. I never found and kitten pee but I washed my blanket that I keep in the front room and the pillows plus the dog has a bed out side of her kennel I washed that and spayed down the part that could not be washed then moved the couches swept then used a combo of bleach and water on the floors.

Then I had to hide out in my room because of the smell and my lungs.

I have a very sensitive nose and once I re cleaned the kennel I didn't smell anything but I needed to be sure

The kitten has been using the litter box in fact this morning he had litter on his face. The last 2 nights I have not locked him up but let him sleep and play with Sunny.

Now I can hardly move my exhusband is a jerk and I have been dealing with him since Monday just to get our son medical care. His OCD and autism and mild retardation is getting to a point that he needs to see someone his dad will not give me his medical card and I found out today his dad gave them the wrong birthday. So until that gets fixed.......

My BP was 135/107 today. I need to catch a break

Sorry for the rant

Ok I am having a melt down. I can't get my BP down I am dizzy so I can't drive so when I went. To the doctors on Tuesday he said we will adjust it but got side tracked so nothing was done.

Now I am dizzy and I can't take the chance of driving so I called the cardio doctor and he said call the primary doctor. So I called t
My primary doctor who said rest before he changes anything. I take around 35 pills a day plus countless breathing treatments. The doctors office just called and said I need bed rest really in my house how am I supposed to get that

My brother in law sat with me for a couple of hours today because I feel down 3 times while he was here and he was afraid to leave me alone

This is not fair and I am so sorry to vent like this. I am. Sitting here crying like a baby.

Get some rest yeah right

Oh Cake sweety...

You really need to find a way to make your life more manageable and safe.

Are you able to just put your foot down loud and clear and basically demand that you need rest and peace??? and for gawds sake let everyone else do the cooking cleaning and bullshyt..

I am so sorry that you are just overwhelmed and its causing such a huge impact on your ability to be safe.

Please please get help , If need be by all means go to the Hospital... You need help and support and understanding.

Many hugs friend

Oh my! Please find a way to rest. Just go to bed and let the chips fall where they may. Your life is more important than keeping the house up and pleasing the family members. I know it's easier said than done, but you must take care of yourself.

Liz, somehow, you must take care of yourself over the weekend. You won't have to answer to the Wicked Witch of the West on the weekend.

I went to the Dr. yesterday. My bp is way too high - very high. So, I started a new bp med last night. I also went for a short walk and woke up this morning with leg and arm pain from walking. I have a recumbent bike. Maybe that's the solution.

Please, all of you take care of yourselves.

I am going to use the weekend to rest. I e-mailed the boss and told her I needed to go home early because I wasn't feeling well. Did all my errands that needed to be done on the way home. I shouldn't have to leave the farm again until I go to work Monday. Am going to spend the weekend vegging.

Can't remember if I posted here or the pets forum... the vet was out Wednesday,. The horse's eye is healed well enough I only have to treat him twice a day now. We should be completely done Sunday.

The cats went to the vet yesterday. I was worried how I was going to treat Krissy since I'm so tired. Turns out the poor little guy has nerve damage in the thoracic part of his back. There's not a dang thing we can do for him. My vet is consulting with a neurological vet, but is pretty sure there's nothing to be done about it. At least I don't have to medicate him.

Cake, I'm too tired to find a nice way of saying this... tell those jerks at your house to leave you in peace! If you crash and burn and end up in the hospital they will have to do the stuff they aren't doing now. Let them get off their lazy arses and do it now!

So my cardio doc called at 8 am this morning. He said he did not like how we left things yesterday. I told him what the PCP said and he said he would feel better if I came in at 4:30 to see him.

So I did and my BP was 160/110. My EKG was ok. So he added another med and he said once my body gets used to it they will change it to a patch. We made an agreement that if it goes 170/115 I would go to the ER but not tonight I want to give the new med a chance to work.

All the ER is going to do is give me something to relax me and the BP should go down some. The bill lady time was$8,000

My husband, daughter and my brother in law are all going to my husbands union picnic so it will be just me and my son at home most of the day. And the animals will be home

Liz I hope you get some much needed rest

To everyone else thank you and (((((hugs))))). I know I have been venting a lot lately and I am sorry. One of the things the cardo doctor said was that pain will cause my BP to go up and I have been in a lot of pain lately.

Take care everyone

Oh just took my BP and it's down yo 121/76 wow what a difference

Gaaaaah!!!!! My neck pt exercises hurt sooooo much!!!!!
She thinks it is a bulged disk (which would attest to the lump in my neck). But why wouldn't the MRI have shown it?
Going to push thru and do them anyway so I don't have to have surgery in 20 years.
