To ggtina. Your feelings of wanting to hurt someone are alarming. I hope that you do not follow up on your statements of wanted to shoot someone. You have several people here at PC that you can talk with any time. I hope that you will take advantage of the resources here and let others help you in any way possible.

Thinking about:

Way down yonder in the paw-paw patch.
Pickin' up paw-paws, put 'em in your pockets,
Pickin' up paw-paws, put 'em in your pockets,
Pickin' up paw-paws, put 'em in your pockets,
Way down yonder in the paw-patch.

So many things... So many... pain, fear, nerves, thoughts... I just want to scream. I feel it bottling up, I feel it about to tip over and spill out, I only hope I can manage the mess once it all spills out. I don't know what to do... How to get these overwhelming feelings to settle. I'm going to explode. I feel like a bomb that is ticking... The minutes have counted down and the timer is on 10 seconds... How long can I hold it in before it's all forced out? Why can't we just hold our feelings in and they go away?!?!?!

Home Body Thank you! I really appreciate knowing that there is people here to listen. My husband was aware of how I was feeling during that time. Unfortunately I had to stay until everything was cleared up. Long story. But it had me spiraling downwards and I walked over to were my husband was and explained to him what was going on. Lately I have been having alot of Homicidal thoughts. I keep telling my therapist and pdoc of it. So hopefully once we adjust meds more, or dosages it wont be as bad. I hope.

To ggtina... Hang in there and keep stepping forward. You are doing the right things by talking with others, including theripist, and trying to get your meds in a balance that works for you. Stay in touch here and share your successes and concerns. There will always be someone here to listen.
All the best

Hi Happycheeks. I am sure that dealing with the mood swings is really hard to do. In my case, I have one mood----depressed. It never lifts and it reminds you of its existence every waking moment.

Happycheeks, I can relate. Although I'm by now on a fairly high dose of meds and can have some better days, once anxiety and depression set in (still frequently), it gets me down so much. It is very difficult to handle, I can totally understand.
By the way, I love the guinea pigs in your profile pic and the fact that you are a guinea pig lover. I used to have one when I was a teenager and absolutely adored it. They are adorable little creatures aren't they with their funny little 'oink' noises.
I hope that cheered you up a bit.

Take care of yourself, Happycheeks.

Just realized that I have no real close friends. All the close friends I thought I had are close with someone else. It makes me feel that I am not close friend worthy. Very depressing.

I don't care how long it's been.
I don't care about the reasons not to.
I don't care about the scars, the lies, the consequences.

I miss it.
