I am on my way into a depression. My tears comes easy ... I will fight against it, with the tools I know, but it is difficult to make a daily plan that has a lower "speed" than I am used to.

I think I will do it this way: Use my usual plans, but give myself more time inside each route in the planner. So if the plan says: Do the dishes for half an hour, I will allow it to take 3/4 of an hour and so on ...

In addition I will look into my negative thoughts and try to turn them around (CBT). Hope it works!

I measured my level of glucose in my blood and it is high. May be all the premade dinners I have used the last weeks have raised my general blood glucose and that that has contributed to my depressed feelings. I have to start to make healthy dinners from the bottom again.

This day has been hard, but I bought take-away for dinner, so at least my nutritional needs were taken care of.

I hope to be able to make a new start tomorrow using my schedule (forcing myself to use it ).

I finally made a move and got one thing done today - a haircut. I'll chalk that up as a win. Even one thing is way better than nothing.

I feel better today, but have very little energy. After my morning walk, I felt very tired. My appetite has not been good. I didn't want dinner and therefore didn't bother to make it.

I already have more difficulty when it's Winter. And currently I've been dealing with some especially difficult circumstances. Later in the morning today I was able to fall asleep for a half hour or so, & I dreamed some weird things, very uncomfortable. But I gained a little bit of energy, with the help of some coffee, which I'm so thankful for.

I'm poking along. Not doing great, but way better than I was. Now I'll go make my pot of chili. That will be my one big achievement for today.

My anxiety switched to depression, which it's prone to do this time of year. I don't want to intrude here. Sorry.

Depression is pretty high today. I can't seem to get enough energy to do anything. With anxiety I can't get anything done because my mind is running 100mph and can't stay on topic, with depression my mind is at a crawl and I can't be bothered.

Have done volunteer work today. Didn't want dinner. Am tired, but okay. Will try to get out the Christmas things tomorrow and I have promised myself to eat dinner tomorrow. Today I have had some fruits, so I think I have got the nutrition I need.

I went to the store today, which I was dreading, & everything turned out really well. I had been crying a lot this morning, but I'm doing pretty good right now. I hope I keep having some ups, & less downs. I'm wishing the best for all of you.

I had minor surgery yesterday and went to T today. Since then all I can do is sleep. I feel heartbroken and misunderstood.... Sleep only happens with meds. Everything hurts so much. (Not physical stuff but memories and grief,) If I cry, it won't stop.

Wow, seems I actually do have COVID this time... the tests turn positive almost immediately. Even different brands. Old and well-worn story, but somehow I managed to avoid it till now, at least in terms of the tests being so strong.

I have tried to put away some of my Christmas decoration. Hope to finish tomorrow. I have had my dinner. Feel tired, but not depressed.

Hope to continue with an ordinary day tomorrow (Up at set time, breakfast, physical exercises, repeating tools to fight depression, do relaxation exercises, go for a walk and after that do whatever is on my schedule).

Oh, I am so happy that we are on the right side of the year. The days will slowly become longer and brighter each day.

Yes!, , thank you, @Rosi700! I feel the same way. I LOVE Spring! SO uplifting after the depressive Winter.

Kind of a crazy day for me today. I did the laundry early in the morning and it went alright. Around 8:30 this morning my phone line went down. I panicked because it's the only phone I have. At least the internet worked, so that's good. I was able to chat online with customer service and they told me that the service for the phone is down in my area. Well, we had rain storms recently.

Later this morning I went to a bike shop because a toe clip on one of the pedals came off. They ordered a new clip, so I have to bring it back in to have it replaced.

Depression lifted a bit today. It was really bad this morning but I forced myself to run some errands, including getting some lunch. Too much junk, but I felt "normal." With my mind a little clearer I checked out some online books from the library about depression, anxiety, and self esteem. Hopefully I'll actually read them.

I still don't feel good about my future, one that I might not even have, but for today I felt better. My dog is zonked out on the couch beside me. Hopefully that will continue for a while.

I do feel sad at this moment, but I know, from personal experience, that circumstances can eventually change, & sometimes I also do change! I am hanging in there, & I hope all of you will feel much better soon.
