more confusion over days today

we wern't sure what day it was at all actually until the last hour or so

we heard some more fireworks yesterday

thankfully we've found a new radio station playing what they like to call, the worst songs on the planet (but we love them), so were listening to that to distract us

Well, it turns out today was Thursday, not Tuesday. God am I going to get a kicking at work tomorrow

Today started really well, aside from someone not telling everyone that the door was in fact locked when we left, and that my wallet was in the center console.. Queue a trip back home during work time.... All was okay though..

Oh and I left lunch at home.. AGAIN

Yup - Not doing well at all at the moment. Got a shouting from my supervisor at work today, someone forgot to feed the bunnies, i haven't eaten all day despite thinking I had, and after getting home i've run out of tea just to top it off...

despite how hard it turned out for us, we're sort of glad we did the chat yesterday (it was very weird though and it did make us pannic)

no sleep

today we are going to start watching avatar: the last airbender

we've been wanting to see this for years- and we did start watching it online, but the site closed and we couldn't finish it

now we can watch it all we want.. we have the dvd collection coming today

also added some more radio streams to our radio which is good.

a lot of them were broken and had to be removed

I heard today that I have finally been transferred to the new therapist and can see her this week. I am grateful to not have to see the 'disassociation' therapist again who, frankly, was a waste of my time.
Here's hoping the new one knows a little bit more about dissociative disorders or, at least, is open to learning.
I know what I need to do, I just need somebody who isn't an idiot to walk with me while I do it!

yesterday we started watching avatar: the last airbender

for the next few weeks, we'll probably be watching that. it's 3 series and we watch about 3 episodes at a time (maybe 4)

no sleep yesterday but we're not letting it bother us. actually at 12 34 a.m this morning we were binging on monster munch

start of a difficult week, we have halloween to contend with, and also bonfire night (and you know how we hate fireworks!)

Hello everyone! I am reading back to catch up on everyone.

I think i have been missing a lot of time lately. I didn't notice it at first. My mind will "fill in the blanks" with reasonable stuff, so it gets masked. But right now i have some injuries with no memories attached, i have text and chat threads with two friends i don't remember or recognize, and for toppers, my wife told me the other night, "a kid was out." This person didn't identify themself, or speak words, but used gestures and facial expressions. Seemed childlike in their behavior and interaction (appropriate) with pets. I haven't had this happen for a while, that I've been aware of.

difficult day yesterday, and very depressing.

I suppose because of the halloween stuff (we didn't do anything for it, but it still affected us), but we heard some fireworks in the evening and it made us lots of dark thoughts.. about family mostly, and about how we're just wasting away.

no sleep

today we're struggling yet again, because it's the first of november and we are dealing with the realisation that almost another year has gone without us really accomplishing much

probably just have our takeout later and watch avatar.

it's 4 days now until the actual firework night

oh joy

I think my therapist is getting tired with working with me. My insurance is busting her balls about payment and I have been seeing her for 7 years and may have only now had a light go on about my dissociation.
