so yesterday i did an hour of yoga & ran 3 miles--easy.

128.0 lbs this morning. i plan on resting today. tomorrow i have yoga sculpt, which is basically strength training. i might go for a run after that, too.

I walked a bit outside today and up the stairs. However, I discovered chocolate- covered strawberry ice cream bars!! So delicious and fattening! lol ,oh well, there goes my diet!!

I bought an entire refrigerator shelf full of yogurt a couple weeks ago so I’ve been eating 2-3 of them a day to keep up with the expiration dates. Today I’m having 2 yogurts, soy milk, an iced tea, chicken, and maybe some crackers or or maybe another yogurt. But it’s right around 1200 calories.

I haven't been weighing myself. I've been trying to eat well. I haven't been walking either. I've been in a funk. No yoga.

127.6 today. i haven't exercised since monday & i have been eating very well. i wouldn't be surprised it tomorrow i weight 129.

my body craves exercise. i literally feel the carbs piling up and ready to be expended. i have yoga and will run tomorrow.

yoga was disappointing, if you're going to set me up to cry, but the session isn't intense enough to build up and then come down, then whats the point of holding some tears deep in my chest?

but after yoga i did 20 minutes of light arm weights--felt good. then went for a 3 mile run, ending with a sprint--felt even better.

I haven’t done too well these past few days. But today I just had a couple slices of pizza and a couple sodas. I’m at 1,090 calories. I’m thinking of skipping dinner because I am very tired.

I am eating ice cream and fried egg rolls now. I was eating really healthy but sometimes eating fish and veggies does not make me happy. I am a little chubbier but am happy.

I had a slice of pizza and a Mountain Dew early this morning. I also had an iced coffee. But Then I had 3 hard boiled eggs, a Greek yogurt, and some London broil. About 1230 calories. I haven’t weighed myself in a few days but my stomach looks better then it did yesterday.

I haven't been on the forum for a few weeks....my deit and overeating was out of control,I was eating far too many junk food takeways,pizza,fish and chips with curry sauce,chocolate,biscuits,cake...I was gaining a lot of weight.The last five days I am back under control,I am using myfitnesspal and controling my calorie intake to between 1200 to 1500 a day and not going above 1500.I am also lifting weights and I plan to do more walking outside,my sister is giving me a walker with wheels so it will be easier on my back and to stop and rest outside,I want to be able to walk to the local shop and back!

I am reading a book A Course In Weight Loss,Spiritual Lessons in weight loss, by Marianne Williamson.She says in order to eat well you have to love yourself,the junk foods we convince ourself are good for us which are actually bad for us we'd never eat them if we truly loved ourselves.it is really helping me to stay on track.
That and the fact the diabetic nurse said I will definitely have kidney disease if my blood sugars aren't kept low constantly not to mention the threat to my eye sight.

So I am due a weigh in and I will see what I weigh on friday and if I have lost any weight.I want to lose 10 stone thats 140 in a year.

I lost a little bit of weight. I figured it would have to happen. I've been eating well. I still am not walking. It's too painful to try anyway. I could do my yoga, but I never remember. Plus, it hurts me.

20 mins abs, 20 mins arms. felt stronger in my core. increased arm weights. 128.4 today, want to get to 110 lbs.

I had a donut and an iced coffee today. I’m going to have 3 hard boiled eggs, and a bag of microwaveable rice for the rest of the day. About 1,210 calories.

The scale went up today. I'm just hovering at the same weight basically. I wish I could really lose again.

i've been gaining weight since school started on wednesday. i don't know. i have less time to exercise and i get so bored so i eat. thinking makes me hungry but i guess it's not enough to burn the calories. i also think it's because i haven't really had anything to eat besides pasta for a couple weeks now.

I made my own potato salad yesterday. I went light on the mayo. It was really good. I enjoyed it. I have leftovers. I will have that today, some protein and a salad. I'll also do my usual breakfast sandwich on wheat. Maybe I will exercise. I don't know.

I am doing ok and walked yesterday. I will go out again in two days to walk again. It is really hot and humid here.

I had a Mountain Dew, 2 hard boiled eggs, and a bag of Spanish rice so far. I’m going to have a piece of chicken and a couple yogurts. 1200 calories.

127.6. i lost 3 pounds overnight so i guess i'm not actually gaining weight. just staying the same. sometimes it fluctuates.... i have yoga sculpt today and will try to do a little cardio or strength training. last night i did arm weights briefly at around 1am.

I decided I'm going to let all this diet and weight loss worry go. I'll just do the best I can each day. I'm going to accept myself as I am right here right now. If the weight loss comes, great! If not, at least I'm eating healthier. Hopefully my visit to the doctor about my back will help me and I can walk again. The exercise will be good for me.
