I had a yogurt for breakfast. Then a couple pieces of fish and some fries for lunch. I also had an iced latte from Starbucks. If I can get up the energy I’m going to have a couple eggs for dinner. 1,250 calories.

I ordered Mexican today. It was a burrito bowl with brown rice, beans, veggies and cheese. I ordered it healthy. I have a nice Mexican salad for tomorrow.

I had my Mexican salad this morning. It was really good and very healthy. Later I will have plenty of vegetables and some protein. I might try to walk today.

i had yoga this morning and i guess i've been eating very little the last few days, plus i had increased my weight and reps for my strength training session yesterday. plus i forgot to put water in my filtering pitcher last night so i had nothing to drink this morning before yoga.

suffice it to say that yoga killed me this morning, and this was not an intense yoga class. some movements were easier, like i can now go from a low lunge to a crescent without wobbling (core strength). but i also had to stop several times. and my legs started falling asleep multiple times, something that has never happened.

so i decided to up my calories today. I'm at 900 so far. 126.8lbs this morning.

i planned for a 3 mile run as well as yoga today. but i'm a little behind in my homework. i might run later this evening. it's a little hot right now. i will push through and run. i love running.

I'm surprisingly sore from last night's ab training. it feels good.

never mind. if theres one thing that will get me to binge eat its my father.
when i'm done i'll be over 2000 calories.
no running. im struggling iwth my homework and my body feels week.

so i had about 1500 cals today of fried chicken and pumpkin pie, 2 of my favorite foods. yesterday was a binge... i probably had 2200. i hadn't had anything with a lot of protein in a few weeks, besides beans. I can tell my body will thank me for eating more. i haven't weighed myself. but if i put on a few pounds, i'll just lose them again. in my experience your weight goes up a little before going down. i haven't exercised today. my body is resting after a rough week, and i think it will thank me.

in fact, i had needed to grocery shop for about two weeks at this point. i've basically been living on frozen veggies (i don't think those even have vitamins), pasta, beans, and rice. also some out of date frozen food the previous person who lived here had left behind (i know). now i have lots of fresh fruit and veggies.

I quit thinking about weight loss. I'm tired of struggling with it. If it happens, great. If not, I'll just keep on going.

Today I had a raspberry coke and a strawberry French style Yoplait yogurt for breakfast. I had a Sargento balance break and an iced coffee for a snack. Lunch was a bag of ready rice. Dinner was a Johnsville sausage. 1200 calories today.

I’m going to try on barely weighing myself.

Today I had a couple yogurts, a cold brew iced coffee, a Sargento balanced break, a little container of Minute brown rice, and a apple chicken sausage. 1200 calories.

I’ve just been chugging large amounts of water when I’ve been hungry and avoiding the scale.

I had a Mountain Dew at midnight. Not sure if I should have counted it for today. Probably not. Then I had a yogurt at 1:30AM. I then had another yogurt, a Pepsi, a Sargento balanced break, some Rice A Roni, a coconut iced tea, and a chicken Apple Sausage today. I’ve had anywhere between 820 calories and 1,280 calories depending on where I want to put my calories.

i definitely went over 2000 yest but only gained .4 lbs. 127.4 this morning, not sure how i didnt gain more

I snacked late last night. I was hungry. My weight is staying the same. And I'm postponing my doctor visit due to Covid-19 so I won't be able to walk anytime soon.

I’m not feeling like eating much today. I did have a couple Cokes but one was at midnight so I’m not sure that counts. Besides the Cokes I’ve had half a calzone and a little cup of rice a Roni. Plus an iced tea from Starbucks. If I eat dinner which is a sausage I’ll be right around my calorie goal if I count the Coke at midnight. If I don’t eat dinner, or count the Coke, then I’m way under.

I had a yogurt for breakfast. Then I had this Japanese lemon Coke. I couldn’t read the ingredients on the back since most of it was in Japanese. It said something like 32k cal but I wasn’t sure so I just put it at 240 calories which is what a regular 20 oz Coke would be. Then I had a couple pieces of cod and some fries for lunch. I just had a coconut iced tea with Splenda right now. So far I’m right at 1200 calories give or take for the Coke.

I'm tired of not having carbs. So I put some sweet Hawaiian rolls in my shopping cart. I'll get them for the weekend. I'll also get some blueberry bagels with cream cheese. That's how I will celebrate the Fourth of July.

125.8 this morning.

I had a free yoga class today, which was disappointing and boring. I actually stopped following the instructor and started doing ab exercises. Lately my body seems to be feeling kind of weak and flabby. Even though i'm losing weight, I feel fatter than I was.

I wonder if I need to eat more. Yesterday I had about 1500 calories, which seems substantial enough. I definitely didn't feel as bad as I did last Friday when my legs were falling asleep, but I also feel a lot weaker. Maybe i just have to amp up my strength training sessions.

I'm going to do strength training tomorrow & Sunday, then on Tuesday I think I'll do running and a yoga alternative.

My 5 class package of yoga is over... I don't know if I should buy another. I don't think I will. Even if I don't buy a class package I can do those free classes. I need to think of something to replace it. When the pandemic is over (if it ever is) you can do a Karma program with yoga studios where you work for free and get classes at a really low rate. I think I'll do that.

I had a little container of Wholly Guacamole and chips, and a Yoplait Whips key lime yogurt for breakfast. Then I had a 20oz Mountain Dew around 9. I had a chicken apple sausage for lunch. Then a little cup of Rice A Roni about 45 minutes later. I had an iced tea from Starbucks but I didn’t finish it all. For dinner I’m going to have a small piece of turkey loaf. About 1200 calories total.

I haven’t weighed myself in awhile but I took a mirror selfie yesterday and I look a lot better then I did a few weeks ago.

I backed out. I didn't get the carbs. I just stuck with vegetables, whole wheat and protein.
