Awesome job running @Discombobulated! It's great that the days are getting longer.

@Tart Cherry Jam - You are doing a wonderful job with exercise! Keep up the good work!

It got cold outside, so I stayed in and did pilates. I almost made it through the video without losing my balance and falling over. Some exercises I have a really hard time with, even after all this time of doing pilates. I practiced the plank as well, and did about 5 pushups total...I am in awe that I can even do 1 actual pushup again. The 5 are all broken up into groups of 2 and 1, but still that's pretty good for me. I don't know if I could even do 1 pushup when I was in high school!

I've lost 7 pounds since Janurary 14th. It was hard at first cutting out a lot of unhealthy stuff but now its fine. I need to get some Chia seed pouches. Premier Protein has a new lemon flavor for the spring so I got a case of that today.

I got a shorter run in this morning, the temperature is up, so warmer, although it was quite gusty with a southern wind. It felt like wading through treacle on a couple of sections. But it all builds stamina.

I did 300 reps with my ab roller but I felt weird and I didn't want to do anymore. I've eaten pretty decently for this time of day.

It's cold outside, was below freezing again this morning, so I stayed inside and did pilates. Some of the moves are getting a bit easier for me but others I still struggle with. Did a couple of 1 min planks and a couple of pushups.

Boy, still freezing out this morning, so I did another pilates video..whoa! this one worked the arms quite a bit, and I hope I won't be sore tomorrow! I had a lot of popping joints throughout the video, reminiscient of a chiropracter visit...that was cool, all the benefits of chiropracty without the cost and without leaving home! Sometimes I do get popping joints a lot on my own at home, at the chiropracter, a pop a TON every time. Wish I could afford to go regularly but I just can't. The insurance co-pay sucks when it comes to natural remedy type health care.

Today I had
A Premier Protein shake
2 chia seed squeeze pouches
6 Cauliflower pizza rolls
A serving of gucamole tortilla chips
A peanut butter Rice Krispie treat
A mug of potato soup
And then a couple things to drink.

I'm at about 1250 calories. But my quality was good.
