I don't eat fried, greasy, fast food, red meat, or coffee anymore. So I think a few graham crackers a day is ok. Especially if I eat them with a protein like peanut or sunbutter.

My mom used to make chicken broth for my nephew when he was growing up, like multiple quarts for their freezer. One time she got carried away with making more and more and MORE that she diluted it too much and my nephew said it wasnt chicken soup, it was chicken water! He was worse than Gordon Ramsey! Thats what your turkey water soup reminds me of. Good tines!

I could only eat one bowl of soup. I had logged down 2. So now I'm only around 1230 calories. Forcing myself will only make me puke. It is what is.

@Mountaindewed - I think the main point is you are eating foods that are heavily processed and not even meals or mini-meals even halfway balanced. It's not a healthy way to lose weight. I mean, surely there is actual meat like chicken breasts or fish you can eat? And you don't seem to eat any fruits & veg at all or calcium? I know you have a special diet. When you change your eating to lose weight it should be a do-able lifestyle plan. You need what you eat to furnish your body with the vitmains, protein, and calcium you need, it really does seem like you are not embracing this change in the best way to help your body lose weight. It's not a healthy way to lose weight and if you keep eating so much processed sugar, it is not going to help your prediabetes. Sorry for the lecture.

As for me, I did pilates in the morning, practiced the plank again. I've had good energy these last few days which has been nice.

I lost another 0.6 pounds since yesterday. My breakfast was 400 calories. I have 1,216 calories left. I'll figure it out. I worked out as soon as I got up. 500 reps with the ab roller and 30 regular crunches, and 30 leg lifts with the bosu ball.

I haven't eaten much at all today because I'm just done with things acting up my GI stuff or spiking my blood pressure.

I did pilates this morning and practiced planks. I'm hoping to go walking again tomorrow.

I did eat a bowl of turkey soup and 2 string cheese. I need to figure out dinner. I'm really overly frustrated and moody and I'm not used to feeling this way. My blood sugar is now 129. So better then the 149 from this morning.

I don't know much about regulating blood sugar, perhaps others on this thread will have advice. I just know if I don't eat frequently, I am prone to huge drops in blood glucose and that makes me feel faint and snappish. I have awful times doing fasting bloodwork for this reason.

Yeah I had to put off my blood draw twice this week because I couldn't handle the fasting.

Surely if you keep a highly detailed public diary with frequent entries of food consumption down to the level of a single kcal without rounding ("I have 1,216 calories left."), you expect your audience to be so preoccupied, no? Otherwise, why keep such a diary public?

I went to my local yoga studio and had a class from a different teacher. Usually I go on Fridays, but today is Sunday. I love the teacher who teaches on Fridays, but this one, with his unique style, is also so good. It was such a pleasant experience.

I also walked briskly quite a bit today, to the mailbox across the apartment complex and doing laundry.

I had a good day overall.

I am now down 8 pounds. It must just be what I've been cutting out. The coffee and sweets and regular soda and stuff. And the working out I've been doing.

I'm not going to work out today so I can give my stomach some rest. Breakfast was peeled apple slices, and a mini cup of hummus with 7 Wheat Thins.

I took my long power walk this morning, and the sunrise was gorgeous, so that was a plus! Did a couple of planks along with a couple of actual pushups this morning! I can't believe I can do a real pushup again! @Tart Cherry Jam - It sounds like you are doing an awesome job with exercise, mixing it up with things like yoga, weight training, walking. Cross-training like that is supposed to be the best type of exercise for your body. @Mountaindewed Break days are definitely important for your body to recover.
I know this but am bad at taking them!

Yeah but thats no excuse to be pretty much harrased about every food choice that I make. By people who don't even make good choices for themselves.

You weren't harassed. Blueberry wrote a gentle post. If I were you, I would appreciate all the care and attention your posts about various struggles have accumulated over a long period of time, mostly on this forum but also on others.

I had an easy personal training session, easy because I was dizzy. Hopefully next time I will be able to handle more, as I did before

I am also on opioids for toothache. Will see the dentist again tomorrow, for the umpteenth time this winter

We got Dennys last night. I didn't go but my mom brought me back an omelette and some other stuff. I ate the omelette last night. This morning I ate the french toast and about half of the whole grain pancakes. I'm not too hungry today. I skipped my workout and its helping out my stomach issues a lot.

MD - I tried to word it as gently as possible. Losing weight is a positive, BUT it is NOT a positive if you do it an an unhealthy way such as undereating, skipping meals, frequent vomiting, diarrhea, etc., etc. Which is probably why people are not telling you good job, well done on your weight loss. I know this is a weight loss forum, but I take it that it is meant to be a weight loss forum for weight loss done in a healthy manner and not in a manner that is reminscient of EDs. Yes, you are doing a good job exercising, you should be proud of that, but I do think you need to work with your dietician more on your meal plan.

I hope you don't report me for this, I'm just saying what's been building up inside me reading your posts here.

I would send this as a PM to you but I don't see that you have a way to PM?

This morning, I took a long power walk. It's going to get cold again soon, so I'll probably be inside doing pilates for awhile. I practiced planks some in the morning along with a couple of pushups too

Sorry. I'm really depressed right now and I am struggling with food. I see my dietician tommorow morning and I'll show her my food log and see what she says

Oh boy it’s cold here today, got a 7k in this morning and was good, energy felt good, but so cold. I notice my early runs are now light though so we’re coming out of the other side almost 2 months after the solstice.
