I tried eating dinner but it didn't work out. I tried an Atkins shake. I wish eggs weren't crazy right now or I'd be eating 5 a day.

I wore mine to my physical medicine dr's office. A physical medicine dr is sort of similar to an orthopaedic specialist. He looked at how the backpack fit me from all sides and said "good stuff". Safe and ergonomic. So I lucked out buying the first product on Amazon I liked and then having it endorsed by a specialist.

I have taken a break from wearing it because of my leg injury last year, but I really should go back to wearing it. I used to wear it while cooking, chopping veggies, stuff. Fun.

One piece of advice: place it in a visible spot. This way it will remind you "wear me!"

The local gyms in my area are quite small and don’t offer childminders at the gym though I’d have to live more suburban for that option. I think I’m going to have to take my weights out the garage. Might get an exercise ball from Kmart they’re n very expensive. I can set up a little weight station in my bedroom lol. I don’t think my partner will appreciate that but oh well. We’ll see, watch this space!
The exercise ball sounds a good idea, my sister uses one, she does Pilates with it.

Blueberry here does some good Pilates workouts I think using a YouTube channel. Pilates is excellent for core strength. YouTube has some good free workouts. I found some good ones just using small dumbbells.

I’ll definitely be looking for some YouTube videos that sounds like a great idea. I don’t think I’ve ever done Pilates before so I’m not entirely sure what that is but I can definitely look into it! Thanks for the recommendation. I have to start somewhere!

I did pilates this morning, around a 30 min. video. I'd done it once before but had forgotten the difficulty level and thankfully that one was not too hard. I'm a little sore from my jogging stint yesterday, just my calves really and tired because I didn't sleep well last night. Still did planks a couple of times and pushups. It has not gotten easier to hold a 1 min plank yet but the pushups have gotten easier.

Crazy Hitch for a good pilates series, you can google "Move with Nicole" beginner pilates. She has good videos easy to follow though some of her beginner videos are much easier than others. Her video for "Absolute Beginners" is definitely the place to start. Completely free series, and you don't even need a mat if you have carpeting or a rug to lie on.

And this one is good too:

I need to eat dinner but I keep forgetting I'm at 948 calories and I've had breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks. I just keep getting distracted. I'm not sure what to eat. But I will.

@Tart Cherry Jam I’m so sorry to hear about your migraine. They can be debilitating. I suffered from a few in my 20s and 30s and for whatever reason they stopped. Don’t beat yourself up over no exercise. Your body needs the rest. Here’s hoping you feel better soon!

I will be rearranging my work schedule. I will try to do some exercise in the morning. Cardio helps with migraines. Maybe if I can fit in cardio in the morning, I will get fewer attacks. Here is to hoping!

Yeah migraines are the worst. That’s interesting about cardio helping you.

Got a 7k in this morning when it was bright and sharp, it was lovely on the coast first thing. Since then the weather has turned wet so glad I got my daily exercise in early. Time for some mall walking with my husband now.

Cardio is helping. Strength, no. I think I need increased blow flow to the brain that cardio produces.

I think I did too many push ups and too many days in a row. My right wrist hurts and its making a cracking noise and it hurts to move it. Not sure if I should go to immediate care or not. Even resting my hand on my lap and typing with my right thumb annoys it. But I should stop the push ups for a bit thats for sure.

This diet and vitamins and stuff are really tanking my appetite.

I took Tylenol and its helping. My mom said it looks fine and to keep moving it around. She doesn't get how I can do 500 reps with my ab roller.

I'm around 700 calories so far today. I have some chicken pot stickers I might eat for dinner. I ate some chicken dumplings last night which were really good.

Wegovy continues to make me wake up with headaches. I think I’ve taken paracetamol first thing in the morning for the past week. I’m losing weight I don’t want to complain. But it’s definitely not as easy as some people might think. It comes with a lot of side effects. I just have to hang in there.

I took a walk this morning, around 4 mi. I wasn't feeling great and came in. One of those days where my period was giving me bad nausea, and later a fibromyalgia flare started up. I spent most of the rest of the day in bed, had soup for lunch, later some apples and toast, and I will probably have soup for dinner, but thankfully, I am starting to feel a bit more human this afternoon. Tomorrow, depending if I exercise, it will probably be pilates, the Aboslute beginner one because that one is not too hard for me and also gives me some great stretching.

Crazy hitch, i know its not easy! I gave up after about a month. I dont know how the movie stars do it, do they just power thru it thinking their livelihood is dependent upon it? Or do they just have better access to painkillers than regular people do, of whatever kind.

It was one of those days where I ate ok during the morning then I just kinda forgot as the day went on. I'm pretty sure my therapist would be mad at what I ate and what I didn't. I just wasn't paying attention today.

I did not experience headaches on Ozempic, but is is listed as a frequent side effect. Are your headaches accompanied by nausea? If they are, Zofran can help with that and raise the overall satisfaction with adjusting to Wegovy. Nausea by itself is a frequent side effect, possibly one of the most frequent on Wegovy. I experienced very little of it, but had a stash of Zofran on hand if anything.

I hope you adjust to the higher dose. That it is a transient side effect. Holding fingers crossed.

Fortunately I do not have nausea with Wegovy. I inject again tomorrow. I always wonder if I’m doing it right. The injection site stung a little bit yesterday so I guess I must be doing something right. I wonder if it comes with a bigger needle if it’s a bigger dose. The current needle is tiny for real you can barely see it!

Do you inject in the upper thigh? Rub the injection site a little afterwards?
