I...am...so...sorry! That is horrible! I don't think there is much they can do, depending on the state you live in. At least not right away. You have paid SOMETHING and so I don't think she can just evict you like that.

In some states, there is a WHOLE process that has to happen with eviction and sometimes it can take 6 months to get someone out.
I hope you are able to find a supporter in your area that can help.

Too bad ya don't live closer, even though I don't have much space, I would let you and Donna stay here.

Try to keep your head up. I know it's hard, but something will happen and you will be ok....

Thank you Treasure ... I half way have to believe landlord peep was poked with a pointy stick ,, and that was before she showed up here with constable / Deputy Sherrif peeps,.

I had a long talk with Donna about S B P ,, and that was only after I heard her spell out D I E >> die , >> because wolfy dog was in house .
But Donna was with me when I was at dif Local peeps in the court system I know ,, and the senators office that has been helping her with disability for cancer .
Tried to do a temporary injunction to stop stuff ... >> But I learned that it is all one peeps desire ..

So I had her phone number out there and some others used public record and her answering machine was full and her cell phone was >>. hehe >> you have a full voice mailbox ,, LOL .

As it came down to here at the front door ,, She had already called me on the phone and was >> we can work this out ..

They changed the locks so there was new keys ,, and when the Sherrif peeps left ,, she handed me the keys .
And I saddleds up to her and asked >> " would ya like this check for this months rent ?
Well of course ,, it is a consulation thing ,, rather then have this story printed in the local paper this Sunday How a landlord put a Cancer peep that is starting last phase ,, radiation out of the house they have been in for 8 years ...

So after 2 and a half hours of well rounded sleep ,, I told Donna I not sure how this will work out ??? Butttttttttttttt ... ,, I was thinking It May Work Out .

Even had local director of SSA here calling Sherrif and her and saying ,, we have her approved .

I'm just glad you didn't give up because you had me desperately afraid the night before the "eviction". You sounded as if you were holding on to the last thread of hope... and about to close your eyes and just crawl up and die.

They say God works in mysterious ways and so it turned out this time. Talk about taking it to the 11th hour!!

She was determined to finish that thing while all the while telling me she not Messed up >>... So after getting me to the point of >>> I ended up staying close by so I could help her to the bathroom >> many times .

I quess we live on a houseboat for all the swaying to and fro she was doing for 12 hrs.

OH NO! I'm sorry she decided to get so messed up. I think you have every right to be upset.

You and she are dealing with a lot and maybe she is trying to escape in a way. It isn't right, but I was just thinking about what might make her want to do that.

Thank You onlymedid ,, .... Most of her meds are running out ,, and I told her to stay on lexapro and soon she can come off that if she wants ,,, But the other stuff has to go ,, Combining Rx and Alcohol not very wise .
