I don't have T dreams very often, but have had a few now. I did actually have one where we had a really good conversation that really helped me...and for one of the first times...I woke up feeling okay (or better than normal). I wish that would happen more often.

Last nights dream was creepy! It made me feel a bit crazy, like there really were two of me existing at the same time and I wasn't having to switch back and forth to being aware of either one of the other...it really was both at once.

She is very good about drinking my home-made juices and smoothies. Tonight I should attend a budget meeting for a DV program, but I handed off the budget to another cpa, so I may skip it.

I got a call from the Wildlife Center too...asking me if I wanted to put regular hands on hours in with the critters. Gawd yes. But I am not sure I have many more hours in the week, and with this move coming up I really need to back up not speed ahead. I am afraid I may have to decline.

I really hate being useless.

i think any crafting is good for the heart. do what you can.i might paint though if you have a hard time beading you have had enough needles stuck in ya for now no need to do it yourself do to difficulty seeing the hole my friend

.you can paint me something and send it to me so i can frame it and have a wiki original(i know a girl can dream right)

I'm starting to wonder if there is actually a God. I used to believe. I'm not sure anymore.

One thing I love about all you people on this forum is that you get it. You really really get it. I wish I knew you all in Real Life and not just here and facebook. But then maybe thats part of the beauty of it. We know each other just in this capacity for a reason.

Hugs to my friends who are struggling right now....

...Good morning....Feeling drained from not having much sleep last night. Group T really threw me off kilter and I had trouble settling down. Wish I could crawl back into bed, but I have to get to my neurologist appt...and have my unemployment hearing today.

I am SO hoping that my neurologist can do something to help me with this horrific pain....and that my unemployment gets reinstated to the original amount. I'm afraid of being let down....not sure how much more of that I can take.

I really do hope things turn around for you soon Jersey. I know sometimes life is just too unfair, things are just too difficult, and everything is just too impossible. I hope you find a way through this, even though everything is so awful right now.

And the same to everyone else out there who is really struggling. I hope you all find a way through, sooner rather than later. I'd much, much rather I struggled alone, if it meant that everyone else was okay. It makes me so sad to see others going through such a hard time. Anyway, one day at a time. Sometimes that's the only way.

Wiki, if you can work out a few hours to be with the critters, I really recommend it. For me, volunteering in wildlife rehab is what regenerates me for the rest of the week. It's a few hours every week where I'm taken completely out of myself. It's a very mindful time for me - I have to be completely present when working with animals or someone (the animal, other workers or I) could get hurt. Plus, they're just fun to be present around! And most of the people who give their time to animals are fun to be around, too. I've met some of the most wonderful people I know doing wildlife work.

I was so excited to have today off.. Then I started feeling anxious, depressed, and woe is me like. Then, my friend suggested I come over for lunch. Good idea to get out.. Will have to bundle up extra tight today, but I can't sit at home all day and stew!
