It is sucky how quickly I can go from an ok mood to a down right yucky mood.

I pulled my first gray hair out at 16....been coloring my hair since 24 and now at 45 my hairdresser says I'm about 85% grey but you would only know it if you see my roots that are like 1/32 of an inch... I color my hair like every 3 weeks.

Thanks Ike... my husband was fine. Said he was in pain getting in and out of the car but once in driving was fine. He did say 1 1/2 hrs of standing was hard.

And I was totally fine at my session....didn't even think about him so...

SD was right!!!!

my home was unpredictable...volatile...

I told my T tonight (what was I thinking) that I would really like to try to work through some of the anger I feel towards my parents... to get to a place where I can forgive them... for me. My mom and dad are in their 80s and won't be around forever... I'm not looking for an Oprah moment just peace for me.

homework assignment is to think of one incident that hurt me...not a big deal incident ... just a little one...so that I could learn to talk about just one small piece of it... I can't think of anything small...

and going through every incident to find something small is not helping my anger...

And that doesn't eat your hair, doIng It that often? That's what I'm thinking of doing, I want color again.

Also I'm sorry I freaked out about your hubby last nite. Boy I haven't gone there in a long time.

Go for something bigger, but not so big you can't talk about.

Its so hard (I may be totally projecting here) to trust men. (that doesn't apply to any on PC)

Its odd... I remember some really horrific things when I was school aged..

but I'm sure there were somethings that were smaller that happened when I was a teenager but I was in such a "I don't need anything from anyone" mood back then I don't think I remember those things as hurtful...

Thanks for the qualifier. Me and CE appreciate it. Although I can't really speak for him.

Ike.... I have another Ike in my life that is a super wonderful great guy (a BIL) and so just based on the name you might get a pass as a great guy until proven otherwise... I tend to treat men the opposite way...

I learned well from my father and brother.

Hankster, my hairdresser says that box color is stronger and I guess that means it has more potential to be damaging to your hair than what they use in the salons. I can't afford to go to the salon that often so I use box color and do it myself. So far so good. I only color the roots that often... I don't put the color through to the ends but maybe every other coloring..

Thanks for the set up, Ready.

They are sometimes considered a Southern Rock band, but in reality, they are a Detroit Metal Band and hired Danny Joe Brown. Anyway,Molly Hatchet
