I think I'm doing well in T, then someone triggers me, and I doubt myself. I have to remember to let things slide off like teflon. T is important to me in a different way from my family. I know she has a life and I'm not in it. But I am not "just her job". I trust her when she told me that.

I like the idea of you seeing the other T at least once. When I look back on my relationship with xT, he helped with certain things, but then went on to also tell me there was a side of me.he didn't like, and that was more about him than me. But it was damaging to me and I stayed too long. I regret giving him that power over me. I know it is scary and will be.here.for.you no matter what your decision. Take care.

Thanks for your suggestion and support in my thread. I put her on ignore. I wish I'd never taken her off. Her posts hit me in my heart because of course there is some truth there. But I'm working hard in T and I'm proud to say that no matter what some people think!!

oh... and healed, seriously think about getting that dog fixed! In the US 6-9 million dogs/cats go into shelters each year, and more than half of them end up euthanized. Without the papers you really can't breed or show the dog anyhow. You can get it done at very low cost at your local humane society.
