I greatly feared my mother...no way I would do that...it would have led to drama and me being seen..

Yes, I also heard the poem. Luckily I already had very short hair.

No, it didn't make me want to cut my hair. I sometimes cut my doll's hair. It doesn;t grow back...

The male sunbird has become quite cheeky and is displaying quite close to the window every time I try to take a better photo of him. Can you attach short vids to the forum?

You know that very brief moment when you've just woken up in the morning and the anxiety and depression haven't had time to enter your mind yet? I really wish that moment was longer.

I hear you. So I spend a few minutes being grateful and planning my day calmly before I get up to the chaos

I don't even get a few minutes (I'd say I get more like 5-10 seconds). But it's really good for you that you at least get a few minutes to plan stuff and feel grateful. I don't mean that to come across as sarcastic or whatever, I really mean it. It's important to get a few minutes like that and I'm glad you get to experience it (though of course I wish you'd get more than a few minutes). I hope you know what I mean.

You're doing great! No need to feel guilty about that.

Sure. And practice waiving your fist while saying it.

We have a ritual. The dog decides she wants to get up. So she's all up in my face, even if I hide under the covers. Then the cat hears all this mess and has to come check it out. So all three of us kind of cuddle and play around in the bed for a few minutes before we get up. It's my peaceful time. It even extends so far as feeding the dog. I put her food outside(fenced in yard). This gives me alone time with the cat. He's extremely affectionate when the dog isn't around. Then I let the dog back in and it's back to anxiety and depression.

But at least I get that calm before the storm.

I am tired and just want people to just want people to leave me alone. even my friends because I am not seeing them in a good light. I know it isn't real but it feels it and I want to be left alone until it passes
