I really do feel like h and I are on a 2nd honeymoon of sorts. Since our talk yesterday I feel closer to him than ever. When I get him away from the TV and we really talk to each other.... it's pretty amazing.

I'm moving from the US to Europe for a few months in 36 hours. I'm having major anxiety about the move, being away from T, living in a country where I don't speak the language and living with cranky teens in a 5 room apartment, among many, many other things. I just need to get this over with, but I'm not functioning well.

I could - there's a really nice pool where we're staying - but at the moment it's filled up with twenty-somethings in barely-there bikinis that look like models. My h's eyes almost popped out of his head!! haha

I took the $10 free play for signing up for their players club card and won $15.05 so I cashed out. I'm done gambling. My h hasn't started yet, but he'll be playing blackjack at least there's a little more skill to that than the slot machines that I play lol
Thanks for this!

Had a stressful session with T1 today. I think I am regrouping ok.

I was happy when it started thundering and we didn't go to the barn to get some work done. But now we just have to do it tomorrow. Oh well.

Did you ever put on jewelry and it felt almost magical, the way it made you feel about yourself? It's weird. I bought a pair of earrings yesterday at Zion (for $12, they are little iridescent blue butterflies) and they just make me feel so pretty wearing them. I don't want to take them out. Ever.

I don't see any reason to take them out. Ever. And for $12, maybe you should get an extra pair in case you lose one

I only went to Vegas once and discovered that I should never ever be let near a roulette table again. I stayed up all night and fought off attempts to go get food until near daylight, insisting I just needed a bagel to string around my neck so that I could eat hands free. So, no more gambling for me.

How does one defeat a gym? Is it like the Danger Room in the X-Men?

Mystic!!

I LOVE Pokemon Go. My younger brother and my partner are diehard Pokemon fans since we grew up in the 90s.

Partner caved and bought a Nintendo 3DS XL because Pokemon Go isn't fun in a rural town. Much more fun in the city.

I've been socialising with 2 new friends (I had lost all my 2 "friends" from high school when diagnosed with mental illness some years back.) whom I got to know through Meetup and peer support by hunting for Pokemon together after work.
Thanks for this!

Gyms like all things Pokemon go are gps hot spots. There are three teams red blue and yellow (or valor. Mystic and instinct). An empty gym shows up as gray in the app. Most gyms are taken by now. Each player has to pick a team at level five. The gym I took over was a blue gym. You play your Pokemon against those blue players have left at the gym. I chipped away one win at a time until the gym value of blue goes down to zero. Then I quickly have to put in one of my own Pokemon to claim the gym. Nerd rant over. Some little kid will turn it red or blue by seven am tomorrow.
Hmmm xmen. All I know of xmen is why is Jean luc Picard in a wheelchair? Did the Borg lose funding? Nerd rant really over
Thanks for this!

More strangers have started talking to me since playing Pokemon go. Almost as good as having a dog!! I'm happy to meet another poke player!! (Although I have been lovingly called a poketard pokehole pokenerd etc)

Haha, this is my first Pokemon game too, though I've been an avid videogame player since my teens!

I am over the top angry with my t and the people who helped him desecrate me. If it were any ONE of them they would NEVER have been treated the way I was. NEVER - GUARANTEED!!

They just thought I was an easy target for bullying and they had a grand ole time messing with MY LIFE. You miserable %*&$#%*s!! That's what I think of you! Did you hear me 'cause I've been screaming it for years.

I went to las vegas one time - I thought it was sort of creepy. I lost $10 playing some game and that was the end of the casinos for me. I am not a gambler at all.

My park where I walk my dogs is full of the pokeman people walking around with their phones. It took awhile to figure out what they were doing.
