Couch 157: Fair Value

I keep posting in threads because I can't sleep! I have a busy day but I'm tired and my stomach is bloated from something I ate yesterday. I'm worried about family traveling or not, next week. I just never learned to cope with LIFE . No one cares about me anyway. I'm still down in the dumps as you can tell.

I do care about you I usually don't respond to your threads because I never know what to say that could be helpful. I do care tough

Argh, sometimes I want to shout at them in my head -.- They're so much like the "friends" I used to have. You deserve so much better, damn it. They should shut up if they can't have basic empathy and care for a friend. I don't like "friends" who are so "fair weather friends" like yours seem to be :/ I know they want you to be happy again etc but it's not your fault you're depressed and beaten down by a toxic living situation and other things.

I don't know why I don't just go shoot up enough to overdose and die I don't even care anymore. Why am I even trying to be clean. My life is complete crap always has been. My power is getting cut off on Tuesday my car tag is expired and my Internet has already been disconnected. I don't know how to manage this I had a roommate lined up but she lied to me and burned me and now I'm sol and back to square 1. I'm so upset

Stupid question: How do I change "My Mood"?

I know I've changed it before, but I forget how to do it every time. And it's always taken me an inordinate amount of time to figure it out again. So...help?

At the top right of the screen, under your username, you can click on your mood and change it.

Ooh this next little part of my course sounds fun. We're to set up a pretend experiment to try to answer the question "How would you know if astrologers can describe people's personality?"

Still feeling screwed up two days after Friday's triggerpalooza...what are your favourite (non-illicit) ways of calming down? Usually I'd go and lie down, but when I close my eyes, I end up there all over again. Four nights to go until I see R, and get the opportunity to talk about the delightful synchronicity of a day that somehow involved conversations pertaining to all six of my triggers.

Its at the bottom of "my profile" for me. Not edit my profile, just the tab my profile, where it shows all your subscribed threads, and the different parts of your profile to edit. Its at the bottom of the threads.

Yours is showing the "My Mood" icon below your username on the upper right of the screen, as luc said. Mine used to show that too, but for some reason, it has disappeared lately. (I tried on three different devices, and it's gone on all three.) Oh well!
