Racerback bras can work, or the ones where you can detach the straps and make them an X in the back--though I've found that those can be quite the challenge to put on...

I don't think of Nordstrom as expensive, but then again, my favorite clothes are free t-shirts I get from businesses.

So, T suggested I journal my thoughts regarding MC. Been doing that for the past couple days. Basically, it's all addressed to MC, like what I want to e-mail but won't. Should I show what I've written to T? I feel like parts of it sound kind of pathetic, and others particularly angry, but then, I'm sure he'd expect that. Like, I'd print it out and hand it to him at the start of session Tuesday. Does that make sense to do?

I am remembering there was one time I was talking to a group and someone (a guy) said, did you just adjust your bra strap? And I was like, you try wearing this s**t.
Thanks for this!

It depends...some of their stuff is fairly reasonable (especially considering the quality), then some it is like, $1,000 for a dress...
Thanks for this!

The hits just keep coming! Pipes frozen again last night, car won't start, after briefly having water today the damn pipes froze again! Now just feeling sorry for myself and hoping it finally warms up tomorrow!

LT, should/shouldn’t maybe isn’t the question. It all depends on your goal in writing it. If you feel like T would be helpful in sorting it all out, you could always take it and ask him what he thinks about reading it. Or you could burn it. Or set it aside to read later.

It’s really about how you want to use those pages, what will be helpful for you.

That is a lot of stuff to deal with -sorry to hear it is happening to you. I hope it warms up tomorrow for you.

Thanks SD. It's supposed to be in the 40's tomorrow with lows above freezing tomorrow night, that suits me. I need to be more proactive and less poor me, but not happening today.

I think you're right. I'll see how I feel Tuesday (see him that afternoon). I suppose I could also print it out, not actually give it to him, and just reference it as I want...

I don't think she's being dramatic.
I can't really tell
but it suits her quite well
It's probably asymptomatic.

Do you guys ever go into session caught between "these aren't the droids you're looking for, move along now" and "omg, my life is falling apart, please help me"?

I am glad my t is a man.. khakis and jeans with button up shirt and there’s nothing offensive about that!

Though, my son’s t.. let’s just say I think she is not always very conscious of what she wears and how she sits when she is wearing it.. Couch 160: The Squeaky Clean Couch!

I wonder if when I come in, Info thinks, "Look, I ain't in this for your revolution, and I'm not in it for you, princess. I expect to be well-paid. I'm in it for the money”?

I am watching the most recent episode of "Lethal Weapon" (the tv show) & Riggs is talking to his therapist. She responds to something he says, to which he says back,"Why do you insist on ruining everything with your words?"

Ha, ha...that was so awesome.

(I will see if I can work that into my T1 appt. tom...shouldn't be very difficult.)
