ughhh, i hate me. i made it through 45 minutes of a concert before i left. a concert i'd been waiting to see for a long time, AND it was good! I just suck.

i'm glad i didn't call t today like i thought i wanted to. she might try to talk me out of the shenanigans that are about to commence. then again maybe not. she might have encouraged me to. **** it all. artie is going to have some freaking fun. haha.

I bought all the home tickets to my city's MLS team's games this year. I've been to two. The thought of going out where it's going to be loud and rowdy stresses me out so I don't go. I watch on TV and cry because I want to be a part of something again. At least you went. Even though you only made it 45 minutes, you made it 45 minutes! Maybe next time it will be easier.

My best friend will be visiting next weekend with her dog! So exciting, we only see each other 2x a year

She's is training to do horse therapy... so we are gonna go to a woman I know's farm and she is gonna teach me some stuff about it with their horse. I've never really been around them so I'm looking forward to that. Maybe I'll get to ride one too!

Omg I have been playing slots here and there wandering around cuz dj doesn't start for another hour or so I am up $30 right now and I can't feel my face currently. Damn it I am ready to tear the rug it is time to dance bring on the music and the ladies **** damn **** son of a *****.

If you can't feel your face and you haven't even gotten to the dance floor yet, it might be less self destructive to slow down with the alcohol. Regret and self recrimination if you do or say something you either can't remember or are embarrassed by in the morning are not fun and don't have to be necessary.

Agh!! You guys. I'm having so much fun. I'm in the restroom right now killing time. This couch is comfy. I don't want to drink any more cuz I'm afeared I'll do something stupid if I do. I shall maintain enough faculties to not throw my life away tonite in the name of shenanigans. I am thinking about J. If she materialized here tonite, I would throw my life away. But there is like a 0% chance that she would so I think I am safe.

Art, honestly, it does not sound like you are having fun. It sounds like you’re pressuring yourself to do things you don’t quite feel confortable with.

Sorry if I’m wrong, but that’s how you’re coming across. Like you’re trying to gin yourself up for something that will be hard for you and trying to convince yourself you’re having fun.

My recommendation would be to slow down, stop drinking, and realize you don't have to act right away. Spend time with like minded women.
