Just some sandwiches for the week. Probably a cheeseburger and fries for today (if I order today) and assorted sandwiches for the rest of the week, some Coke, chips, maybe cake, I don't know. But I might order tomorrow instead.

And maybe a salad.

Good. I'm just reading before bed... that Elyn Saks autobiography. Seems pretty good so far.

Ok. Bored, like blue bird. About to call my mom.

Took a 200mg caffeine pill last night and went to sleep to waking up like I haven't rested well and I always do sleep well. I took it because I procrastinated doing some of my school work and want to take the Concerta as prescribed.

I still didn't study so when I'm done listening I music, I will.

If that doesn't work, I'll go as far as locking up my phone and giving my mom the key until I'm finished.

I took 400mg of caffeine and 200mg this morning with my 72mg Concerta and I shouldn't have but I guess my heart is ok as I'm young. I still don't have the motivation like I normally do. I feel like if I move too much, I'll get attacked psychologically by my family or anyone that is around my house.

I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

Like where is my life going..

I still blame myself but there's nothing I could have done with having negative symptoms because I didn't know what the hell was wrong with me.

The life that I could have had in this mind set is what I want. I can't imagine. I feel like I'm just going to drift forever.

Im researching apartments online. my mom told me not rack my brain over it but I am.

Im still focusing on my current schooling Im just worried about the future.

I think ill have some tea. maybe English breakfast tea.

I found a roommate search on the university website.

nevermind. the roommate search its only open to university students with a university username.

Waiting for my food always makes me nervous. I guess it's social anxiety mixed with regular anxiety. I just hope my food is OK. I'm so weird feeling today.

I start the schizophrenia group tomorrow.

i tried to goto a schizophrenia group once. it was in a little unit by a church. i knocked on the door and no one answered so i never went. no one answered the door. i dont think anyone was there truthfully.

How do you get rid of them?

idk how to properly handle deterring them but i use this spider spray on them whenever i see them.

That is so scary. I'd be terrified of those things.
