Somehow lost my glasses today. Went into the chemist, walked back to my bike, took my glasses off to put my helmet on, hopped on my bike and drove off... leaving my glasses to fall off my seat onto the ground. Went back to the scene of the stupidity and they weren't to be seen anywhere, went into all the shops to see if someone handed them in and nothing. Someone must have taken them, I mean they couldn't have gone far. But why would someone take a pair of glasses, what value would they have been!

Anyway, drove home, nearly died after hitting a rock (couldn't see it) and I eventually found my old spare pair thanks to my mammy who doesn't throw anything out. I can't see **** without my glasses so I'm so happy to have found my spare pair.

It's been a week. I'm a lot worse.

I bought a pack of cigarettes because I ripped up a pack and threw it away yesterday. I said that I don't like lying to my mom. Cigarettes make me a bit euphoric though.

Took 4mg Cogentin because I was trying not to take it but the akathesia is bad. Especially that I don't have Concerta for today until tomorrow idk

Bit suicidal thinking because I'm so isolated.

I think that my mood is primarily based on my environment.

I'm going to bed..

At work waiting for some staining to finish up, it's in the rinse right now.....

Akethasia is a spectrum. It can get really bad to the point of SI. At least it was for me. It was nearly like a panic attack for me.
