A bit paranoid right now. Physically feel someone touching my back. I wonder if it's related to the back pain at all? I don't know, but I get this a lot even when there is no pain. I'm sick and tired of it.



I wonder if I was better at staying calm if they would go away? But it's hard to stay calm when they are scary people and things.

Does it feel slightly numb/tingle/(cold?) at the same time?

Sometimes when I get really paranoid and jumpy because it feels like someone touched my back

A little tingly but not numb or cold.

That happens to me. It's always tingly but it doesn't burn or feel cold all of the time. It's a very strange tingly to me.

For some reason, sometimes it feels like a hand with like some kind of poison on it and of course I freak out about that and automatically assume I'm going to die.

Sorry to hear that! For me it's usually rapists that bother me.

Seems like a lot of us have bad backs. I have 2 slipped discs in my back so I feel your pain.
I hope everyone is having a good day. My day was okay. Went grocery shopping and for a shopping trip to cvs. Now I'm just waiting to order our take out. Pizza yay lol. Have a good night!

I called to order in food from the restaurant earlier, but theyre delivery person didn't show up at work so there was no way to get any food. (I need them because they bring my mail up, etc.)

They told me to try calling after 4, but I already ate a whole container of cottage cheese and pineapple. So I'm not sure I have much of an appetite now. Thinking I should call tomorrow instead. :/

The Star Trek marathon is over so I'm not really watching TV. My mucus membranes are really dry and I'm trying to get as much water down as I can. I miss being able to go outside for walks like up through 10 years ago. Or even up to 5 or 6 years ago.

Anyway this dryness in my nose and throat is really creepy. I'm not outside in the heat but I'm so dry.

I feel so uncomfortable today. And my left eye is still oozing mucus - it's disgusting and horrible. Yes tmi. Sorry.

Thank you! I also lost a certain folder that I should know where it is. But so far I don't know where it is. That's not good. I'm telling myself that at least I didn't lose some other essential stuff instead. That helps a little but not really that much. This place has packed cartons everywhere, not easy to look though them.

I can't wait until this day is over. All the fun went out of it because I didn't/couldn't order in food. I was really anticipating it. I wonder if I could eat one of the hot things in my order if I go ahead and try again. If they could deliver now. I don't know. Better to wait for tomorrow. I can eat eggs again if I get hungier.

My mood is all over the place. I get suspicious about this and that. What day is it now? Whatever, so when I was meeting my pdoc on Fri, I didn't trust him and was thinking he has bad intention like idk just taking my money and doesn't do his best to help me. I get irritated easily too, like why does this people insulted things that I love. Trying to get me on my nerve or something? But (oh I love "but" this time), good thing is I still can control my reaction though idk for how long.

Anw, I miss everyone who didn't post here often lately. Guys, you know who you are, I hope all of you are okay. Send hugs from far away

I didn't pay attention to what I eat lately, I lost 6 kilos after trying hard to gain some weight. My jeans aren't fitted anymore, and nothing is uglier than unfitted jeans Good thing is, an excuse to go shopping!

I had my scrambled eggs lol. They are very filling.

Hi everybody. I don't post a lot, but i read almost every day. I care about all of you and think about all of you often! I recently celebrated my 1 year wedding anniversary going zip lining! It was so much fun! I am still employed at the job I've had since December. I think my boss and coworkers are happy with me. My three dogs and one cat are doing well.
