Met my new PCp today. She was very nice just wish the clinic were in a better area. It's pretty far away too but I like my pnp enough to travel.

I take that bad. Topamax is making me agitated anxious and sad. its a new med change. Its driving me towards alcohol, like Lexapro drove me towards alcohol. not the first time.

Hey guys. doing pretty well. Have been a little stressed but have been managing it okay. Also, today is my 4th day in a row without bingeing and/or purging

Wish I had internet at home so I could check in more often but that's okay, I'll probably get it eventually if I get a job with ticket to work one day.

im starting to have this fear of going out in public. with all this political stuff going on. and the stuff that happened in this region and everything. im so fearful. i only go out if i really need something or if im with someone i trust. otherwise i find myself staying at home. i cant stand the **** thats going on around me.

Seriously. Same here. I'm terrified to be white in Texas, a super republican state, right now. There's a concert coming up that I was going to go to because they're my favorite. But now I'm second guessing it. I'm terrified they're are going to get attacked. If I don't go, I wasted $60 that I didn't really have.

I can't even go to any major stores right now. No where where there's a lot of people.

I just brought my big dog in a walk and for the first time ever he didn't drag me. In 3 years this was the first time. I'm so proud of what we've accomplished. I know how stupid and insignificant that sounds but it's great to be able to walk with my best friend <3.

I understand completely! My sister's dog pulls real hard when I walk her so I haven't watched her in a long time. Luckily, my small dog doesn't do that but he's a barker. He barks at other dogs which is annoying.

I am lucky to be in a northern state
There is still racism here but it's much better than the south I would guess

It does make me scared to go anywhere being black though and it sucks that I dont know who to go to if I need help, police are no help and might kill me for no reason and if I dont have the police on my side, then who will I have?
