i got a second interview.

i got all bummed out bc they hadnt called. i had to text my T for encouraging words bc i felt dumb for thinking i could get a different job. he was very supportive of me, encouraging, etc. then at 5 30 the manager called and asked me if i can come in tuesday at 2 30. i was like YAH!!!!!!! but more professional. lol. i was at work when he called, thankfully i was checking hte sale price on some beer for a customer so i could answer my phone

im nervous about the interview i really hope i dont blow it

Does anyone else have memory problems?

All day, as soon as I go to say what I'm thinking or try to google it, my brain goes blank.

Yes, and I'm afraid it might be early dementia. I'm old enough.

I didn't get much sleep. If I try to nap I'll end up sleeping all day again. I just saw an article about church cells for imprisoning witches in the 16th Century. I just know they were locking up people with mental illness in those days. It makes me sick. I've wondered before, whether I was a burned witch in a past life. Probably.

I'm afraid to take a benzo again. They don't just reduce anxiety, they actually make you feel good. But I might never be able to take the stairs alone again and I have to for all the stuff I have to do. So I'm thinking I'll see whether taking one makes me able to get down the stairs (and up). If it does, then I can use it only on days I have to go out. If not I can put it away for disaster/emergency situations.

God knows I can never get addicted again because I almost died getting off them in 2013. So no daily use, no general prn - unless in case of bereavement. I don't even like the look of that awful word. Only for the stairs.

Does anyone else feel less alone while they type in any sort of journal app/ or on traditional notebooks? It's almost like a part of me slips into two personalities, the writing one and the reading one. No one could be more profoundly alone than i am.

Thank God for Star Trek marathons.

I'm only 24 and I have the body of an 80 year old. I have a bad knee, shoulder, arthritis in my back as well as a slipped disc. >.<

So sorry to hear that. I have things like that but I'm nearly 58. I was hard on my body. You are much too young for all that.

ETA I mean, I believe you, but it's so unfair at your age.

to top it off, I can't take any NSAIDs (Advil, aspirin, etc) which is every arthritis medicine. Tylenol is the only over the counter I can take. No doctor will give me anything higher because of my age. They just assume everyone is abusing them. I have my MRIs as proof on a CD from my Neurologist. But apparently that's not enough because I'm young. So stupid and completely unfair.

I don't have near as much pain as I imagine you do. Just a bad ankle from falling on the stairs and a bad back from being hit by a drunk driver.

Does your back hurt worse? Mine is burny and itchy. My sciatica makes my left hip feel like it's burning. >.< bodies.

My wife has sciatica. My back hurts off and on. When I was a kid I fell out of a pretty high tree, and the car accident just exacerbated it.

They always say to bend from the knees and not from the back. Which is good as long as your knees are ok.
Thanks for this!
