I'm so bored at work. I'm looking at fitbits online. I need to get into better shape. Kit

I'm way too hard on myself

I'll tell my therapist that. It seems to be a lot of my problem.

It was Citalopram for me that increased my alcohol sensitivity. I remember going for a pint after college with a friend and I got drunk off 1 pint...

You can still develop a tolerance though... just takes longer...

I think the olanzapine just made me more prone to tiredness and hunger whilst drinking...

Tomorrow I can get my lab results. Then I go back to the doctor in two weeks. Can't wait to see what she has to say. (Sarcasm). Kit

Hey everyone. How are things going today?

I’m okay. My mind is fried. I had band, a talk with the band leader about my mental health, vocal coaching, therapy after band, spent time with my partner, packed to go to my other partner for the weekend. Then after all that financial shenanigans happened with my wife which directly affects me. She was in elevated stress which raised mine through the roof. I broke down crying at one point and she comforted me. I’m now waiting to leave for the bus. I Am tired. I am fried. I am exhausted mentally. But tomorrow is gonna be equally busy. I gotta keep myself together. I will NOT lose this fight.

Life lessons...
My sons gf went for a job interview. They drug tested her on the spot. After the q&a they told her as long as she passes the test she’s got the job.
My son was like why are they doing that. I thought it was legal.
Ah yes my dear boy but not on the federal level and not for employers.
The gears were churning!
Guess I’ll soon find out just how much she parties lol.

Different circumstances, same feels. Was talking to the bf....he’s like totally trying to get his two cents in over the therapist virtually undoing all the good she had done. Then I was trying to explain to him and he’s questioning the relationship as a whole....I mean he always does that it’s like 0 to 900 degrees in three seconds. Anyway we’re ok but still drama....I didn’t need that today. I seem to be more sensitive after therapy.

Just played the sims for an hour and a half straight! I haven't been able to focus for that long in a long time. Lots of fun

I found nothing on the internet about alcohol causing a panic attack. Only people feeling relief from anxiety when drinking and anxiety as withdrawal.

People with green eyes must have a lower tolerance 😉

When I first turned 21 I would binge drink a lot, never beer, just different kinds of liquor, shots after shots. I believe I was on Invega and Depakote at the time and some other stuff. I never had any problems but wouldn't recommend, I just did a lot of stupid things then. I always felt good, never got too drunk or blacked out. Less harmful then other stupid **** I did then, I was reckless and impulsive

I haven't drank any alcohol for several years now, I just haven't felt the need to.

Yeah normally alcohol is almost like a benzo for people. I think you’re just having random panic attacks.....do you have GAD or is it only this heart related panic?

My mom was an alcoholic later in her life and my father had a drug problem. So it's probably a good thing I don't drink or anything else now cause it's an easy escape

I'm not an anxious person. I can't skip the seroquel or I get mental anxiety the next day (Feels like LSD) which can turn into a panic attack. The panic attack last night was because the alcohol made my heart beat faster and I was spaced out like what the prozac did to me. I had to breathe in harder too. When I tried to sleep, my heart was pounding and I could hear it and that freaks me out..

So yeah I'm not going to drink alcohol anymore. I don't even like it. The only reason I drink it is because everyone else seems to enjoy it.

I don't have GAD I think it's panic disorder. I can be completely fine for a long time and then BOOM, panic attack.

I met the tallest person I've ever seen today, he was seriously the size of Shaquille 0'Neal (Around 7ft) , not even exaggerating. He later mentioned he was in college for basketball, I'm about 5 ft 4, average height and I had to stare up
