No, I haven't used weed or anything else since my teen years. I wish I could, I've wanted to
Possible trigger:
but I'm too afraid to and won't because of a very bad experience I had awhile back with something. I really wish I had some Irish whiskey though to relax

I have a free gym membership to the YMCA with my student ID, I should probably start going back

Yeah that's wonderful! It helps a lot for panic/anxiety. Like an SSRI but better. I hope you'll feel better very soon. Maybe have a cup of that new tea you got! Roll Call 144

Thanks, I might do that I've fallen out of my regular routines and self care practices so my days and mind have been a jumble of chaos. I forgot that I have a wax warmer, I might make a cup of that tea and put in one of my cinnamon spice scented wax cubes

This sounds like my manic rage. I'm sorry youre going through this. When I felt this way I'd take a benzo and watch conan O Brian or SNL skits.

Thanks, I actually took some klonopin earlier, I'm starting to feel better, listening to chillstep on youtube

I love the SNL monologues... I wish it was broadcast in the UK.

I've taken benzos for several years. (Xanax) I've never had to increase the dose. I can go days/weeks without it and I'm fine. Or I can use it several days in a row and I'm fine. It just continues to work when I'm really anxious. HUGS Kit

I don't think my boss is coming back to work on the 11th like she thought. She's having a slower recovery than I think she expected to. She had a total knee replacement. I'm doing okay without having her here at work, there hasn't been too much stuff that I haven't known how to do or what to do, so it's not that. I just miss her and she usually deals with the crap stuff 90 percent of the time, so there's that. I just hope she recovers well and it would be nice if she could get back to work timely but of course overall what matters is her well-being. Kit

I had some visual hallucinations at work this morning. My day is just starting out great (sarcasm). I got to work and then noticed my shirt was stained (like in three places!--it's totally obvious). The visuals scared me but I did some breathing stuff and now I'm back to feeling more even. I don't have a lot of motivation but I did already get my work done (what to do with the rest of my day I don't know). I really wish I could afford to just work part time because this job is really more of a part time gig. There's really not enough work for full time most of the time, so I have a lot of time to check what's up on PC and stuff like that. Kit

Journaling is very helpful for me, I haven't done it much recently and I really should. I used to write all the time and it was a great coping skill and was neat looking over the entries and seeing how things progress over time and patterns. I wrote a little in mine last night when I was agitated

Will have to go pick up my trileptal tomorrow.

I think I'm just going to rest today. I've been spending long amounts of time out in the cold and that might be why I don't feel good. On Monday I was outside waiting for the bus for like an hour
