Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going today?

I'm good. Slept a little later than I would have liked, till like 1.30pm. My IDs were found, police called me today. Turns out that was all; The rest of the stuff is gone. Oh well. No wallet either. The IDs are blocked since I reported them lost to the police. So I have to replace them. At least I got my US driver's license. Now I can renew it to a Finnish one before the summer.


But otherwise, I am changing my diet slightly to more healthy eating. Looking into swimsuits for going to the pool. Figuring out how to pay to use it. I am getting in shape. One way or another.

Well so much for crawling back into bed. I need to go sit with gram for a couple hours. She skipped the council on aging so she’s been home all day.
Nothing exciting going on. Worked for a few hours then ate. Now I’m getting ready to leave. I really don’t want to. It’s so cold and windy.

Good Morning everyone. I'm just working like usual. I can't wait for my boss to come back from medical leave. I am handling everything, just some of it is a pain and she usually deals with that stuff. My Dad is having carpel tunnel surgery tomorrow. It's at a hospital which surprised me instead of an outpatient surgery center. So I took tomorrow off to be with my Dad. Otherwise I'm just eating dry cheerios and attempting to figure out what to journal. I figure I better have something journaled by the time I see my T again. She's the one who told me to do it! I have my therapist appointment at 3, gonna go eat lunch with my grandmother before.

Been at her house since yesterday afternoon, it's nice to get out of my apartment.

Class went well, at home now relaxing with my cats

I got approved to be a secret shopper

I get paid to shop

The owner of the hotel I work at wants an extra person to work full time and since I'm not working full time, I'll have to look for another job. I'm going to go to the job place later and look for the best part time job. One that is exciting like the sky tram or something.

Maybe I could ask my outreach worker what jobs they have as well.

Bad anxiety this evening but I'm starting to feel better. I wasn't eating properly (basically nothing) for a few weeks until yesterday and today and I think it was making me jittery. Can't do that anymore

Took my mind off it by listening to music, journaling, and reading

Hey bluebird, sorry you’re feeling anxious....for me cutting out coffee helped with my anxiety. I hope you can manage to start eating normally again.

Thanks SP yeah I drank a ton of coffee yesterday because I hadn't had it in awhile and missed it and I was trying to force myself to stay up all night. I could hear my heart beating when I was laying down last night and this morning.

it's ridiculous to let a scale dictate if I'm "allowed" to eat, I'm trying to not do that again.

My mom is spending the next 3 days with us. She balances my darkness with a lot of light and cheerfulness. My roommate and her get along very well.

Bf and i are looking at bigger apartments for later this year when our lease ends. I found a really nice one.

Our current apartment is 580 sq ft MAYBE. For $719.

I found one that is over 1,000 sq ft for only 100 dollars more. Well, $848.

Im really excited. We decided to get a second bedroom because we are currently using our VERY small dining space as an office. We also barely have any room for anything. This small apt is filled and i got a whole room full of stuff at my dads waiting to be sold or transferred here.

We are looking early cuz it looks like many apartments are booked and not available 1-2 months out or more. Itll probably be the same for later in the year.

There's going to be a Pokémon nintendo direct in 10 minutes!!!!!!

Finished work already. Just hanging out with the dogs now.

Just placed an ad for a math tutor. My daughter is sitting at a 63 right now. Her actual teacher is useless so I have to pay someone to teach her. I so wish I could afford private school. My daughter cried for 45 minutes before school this morning . The teachers and admin suck and the kids really, really suck. She’s having a tough year with the “mean girls”.

So I emailed my daughters school for tutoring resources and surprise!...they don’t have any. WTF kind of school system is this?

Oooh boy...I have 10 FB messages already! I don’t know jack about hiring people.
I put in my post what I was willing to pay per hour. Requested references etc.

Hey everyone. How are things going today?

I'm okay. Pretty good I guess. Band was kinda meh. I was there and the band I'm in practiced...except the song(s) I am in weren't played. So I just sat there basically feeling forgotten. Then I am thinking of internships with university. That won't be for a while. But I can begin working on my CV in the meantime. That will help prepare for it. I need to feel useful towards myself.


The good news is tonight we may have some good aurora borealis activity. Preparing for that.
