I'm actually happy and not depressed. Alcohol hangovers make anxiety worse but phenibut hangovers help with anxiety. The afterglow is lasting 24 hours and counting.

I keep trying to decipher messages from music and spirits but I made myself stop. I get pulled into it and things get strange and a lot of time passes. Making myself focus on other things

I took 1.5 tiz hoping it would chill out my muscle tension and I think it's kicking in now. At least a little part of it. I don't know what to think about how long various meds take to kick in. 2 hours minimum for phenibut. I always thought it would be the same, 20 minutes for any oral drug.

I've faced a lot in my life. Work pressure, of 100f while walking steep roofs, climbing 40ft ladders, facing the scorn of implicit bias from ignorant philosophy professors who haven't worked a day in their life (honestly, if they call being a PHL professor a job, then they are in the wrong profession), I've faced poverty, I've faced one of the most severe mental illnesses there is, I've faced people who are prejudice, Ive withheld opinion of an ex girlfriend that's toyed with my reputation because she never cared enough to read a book to understand what's actually going on, yadda-yadda-yadda, but today--this was one of the worst days of my life. This is the forge I've grown up in, constant struggle, this shall pass. Next problem.

My mental health is very good.

I spent more time listening to podcasts with my dad. I want to tell my doctor about all the great things that I'm thinking about (He's now the only person that I feel like who really cares. My psychiatrist does but I only see her on the TV every 6 or so months).

But man.. **** cancer tho..

Yeah and there's peak plasma levels too. Like xanax can take 1.5 hours to fully kick in. Stuff like that. Fastest benzo to kick in for "effects".. etc..

Vyvanse takes half an hour to kick in at 50mg for me when they say it should take 1.5 hours. 40mg for me takes 40 minutes to kick in. The higher the dose, the faster it kicks in but that's not how all meds or drugs work..

Some say Vyvanse doesn't last very long.. but that's because people are focusing on higher doses because the peak plasma level with onset and crash are like a wave.. woooosh it goes.. I'm still on 2mg amphetamine when I'm sleeping..
Thanks for this!

I might be annoying but I truly feel I cannot warn you all about Phenibut enough

The withdrawal from this is particularly nasty.

As always ... do your research!

It changes based on your post count

The levels are broken down somewhere on the forum

But you can also change what it says to something custom

I did so much already.

Tried to get lab work done and I couldn't. And the lady there at the lab was not nice to me at all. I'm not easily swayed by people. Thing is I came in as a walk-in and I said I had a question about the payment. And she said immediately, "we cant help u with paying for it". Wow. That wasnt what I was gonna ask. I was gonna ask how much I NEED TO PAY cuz of medicare only pays 80 percent. I didnt need help with the payment. Anyway she turned me away cuz something that was written on the lab request.

Fck it. Fck her too.

I gave my apartment 60 day notice. I hope we dont have to pay early termination fee and just a transfer fee. Since these two complexes are owned by the same company.
