-Wellbutrin
-Trilafon
-Thorazine
and Klonopin prn
That looks really solid to me...

So far the clozapin that I'm on hasn't had as many side effects than the other antipsychotics. Good luck.

I keep having brain zaps today. I hope they go away. Other than that, I feel good.

Thanks. You're on a pretty high dose too. I think I'm gonna start at 25mg and titrate very slowly up, doc says it takes 3 weeks to titrate usually

Yeah... what they did was increase it about 12.5 mgs a day until they get to a point of what they think is a therapeutic dosage

I am kind of concerned about these brain zaps. Anyone have any idea how to get rid of them?

Can you describe them, not totally sure I know what they are.

Just little zap-like sensations in my head. I also feel semi-light-headed. I feel like a head rush when I get up from standing and stuff, too.

You might be hypovolemic. Push some fluids. It will probably help.

I do get weird sensations in my head or brain or whatever it is and have all my life. When I was a kid and then later, I used to be able to predict when I was going to get depressed, because my whole, like, brain would star tingling, first in the back, then, moving all the way forward. It would take about fifteen minutes and then, I would be depressed for a while. Later, as an adult, the opposite happened. when I would come out of a depression, my brain wpould start tingling again. I knew what was going to happen. I always wondered if I had a seizure disorder or something. And I did have seizures later on.

So, don't know about other folks, but I do think this sort of thing happens to some of us. I always assumed, because of the tingling nature for me, that it was just electrical activity, depolarization or whatever, occurring. Dunno though.

For a week after I took MDMA, I got brain zaps a lot. Bright colours would triggered them (Like the different coloured brand names of food at the grocery store). It felt like a mild seizure zap.

They felt good - Not to make it not serious. It could be serious.. I'm just explaining my experience..

I was in a euphoric depression. I think bipolar and epilepsy are often comorbid disorders no? I think so..

Antidepressants give brain zaps when you withdraw from them. It's lack of serotonin..

It's like the opposite of dysphoric mania

There can be;
Euphoric/hyper mania
Dysphoric/apathetic depression
Euphoric/sedated depression
Dysphoric/agitated mania

But I don't really know what I'm talking about it's just from my experience with emotions.

I never had this with my Risperidal injection, but I have heard it from someone else recently, too. Do you think you should try to shorten the interval between injections by, like, a few days or whatever?

Maybe... our pdoc gave us prn Seroquel for when it gets bad. She only gives us a little bit at a time. It's pretty much just for the last week.

Welp, clearly not going to sleep tonight, for some reason. Not sure what is going on. I do this sometimes. Just bipolar sleep stuff, I spose. I try not to freak about it and just make the best use of the time I have. I sleep when I sleep.

Gonna ride the bike early, since I am up and since the sun comes up before 5 here this time of year. Maybe that will help my mood today. We shall see.

Hope everyone has a great day.
