yeah doctor told me you move up 25mg a day usually, but the target dose is 300mg at least.

I typically make or buy coffee, and then get half way through it then start. It use to be beer but I'm still sober.

I can only do coffee in the mornings, too much anxiety unless I get a decaf and Starbucks falls Into the luxury category right now. I think I was just worried so I couldn’t focus. Worst case scenario i’ll do it Sunday.

Hopefully, phase 4 is the next/last phase of reopening and that's coming up, so hopefully then my sister can get a vet appointment to get her vaccines updated

Geodon is making me sleepy, I take 40mg in the morning and 80mg at night. Even the morning dose kills me though I almost fell asleep in group.

I think I might can extend our home buying timeline. Technically we don’t have to be out til October. If all this cuts close to august, I will just say we are not staying. Then if we do have to stay, we will probably just have to move to a different apt in the complex. Which wouldn’t be bad because we were told this one is the only townhome that’s doesn’t have a washer/dryer.

This is the morning that I've become enlightened like the Buddha. More than ever.. But it doesn't matter much.. I'll always keep learning things and having "Aha" moments.

My cat keeps bothering me. I don't know what she wants... Now that is out of the way, the physical and the metaphysical are a relationship. Science, spirituality.. They will never be separate - But they work with each other. You realize how to be happy after you realize that you are, - ARE. The "I".. It takes work.

It's like exercising.. You exercise and then your mind wanders.. That's not good. But the mind wanders and it can be a good thing. Just don't think too much about it guys.

We all have fears, and such... People can be in ecstasy, run away and never be seen again.. People bring back what they've found - Their journey, their story.. It's good to not be negative about it all because that just causes unnecessary suffering. You need to reassure yourself and solve the problem, experience, - Through time and space.

I've always wondered why my parents for example get annoyed with things (Dropping for example) - "Why haven't they figured it out yet by age 50?" - The truth is, we'll always be annoyed by things.. Annoyance is like fear and continued exposure of perception. There's has to be some sort of everything in the mixture of a person.

People identify with a lot of things. Art for example - I like to think that it didn't come from the person, but to let myself be captured and engrossed by the creator through time - Even though it came from an outside source.. Like Nikola Tesla for example: It seems that he was an antenna - Getting ideas from other galaxies.

I've been reading the writings of a troll on a philosophy forum the past few days. I realize that this person is negative as hell. Just because he/she seems like a genius, - It's still negativity.

I got suckered once again.

It's hard for me to even be around overly positive people in my life as well like my mom and her friends.
