I had an hour long meeting on Inventory. UGH. At least it was F2F and not Zoom! Luckily afterward I had chocolate cake and milk! It was to celebrate the March Birthdays. We don't have anyone with a March birthday that works in the CA office, there are some that work in the NY office. The GM asked me what kind of cake and I said chocolate of course!

I'm doing okay. Just tired. I took Friday off of work but I am going to the DMV to try to get my Real ID. I hope it doesn't take all day. Hopefully I will still have time to observe Good Friday.
Yes, I hope so too. She's very aggressive and hateful. Can't wait to get away from her. Are you getting your new driver's license? Mine is only good for one more year and I'm afraid I might not be allowed to renew it.

Just listening to some music this evening. Not feeling particularly great but not feeling particularly terrible either. Just going to go into tomorrow with an open mind I suppose.

I keep thinking about
Possible trigger:
I feel like I can’t keep up with life and basic things I should do and I also hate myself. I don’t want to keep going through this. I’m only 26 there’s so many years left of my life. Just thinking about all the days and years in my future I have to deal with is exhausting.

I talk to my therapist tomorrow. Why do I have to exist. I don’t get it.

I have to get out of my own head. This isolation is really taking a toll on me.

I’ve missed my mornings meds like 3 times this week. One of the morning meds is Zoloft. Maybe that’s contributing to this

It's good that you'll talk to your therapist tomorrow. It might help - Also to talk about quick coping techniques and just someone to talk to.

I hope you live a long happy life. Right now everything is weighing on you and you're in a bad place but it'll get better don't be hard on yourself...

If you need help about those thoughts then call a family member, friend, talk here and vent if you want.. I get those thoughts sometimes but it's much better to live - You have to find a way to become well and it's hard.

Last year I wrote down only 1-2 things to do for the day because of all the dissociative panic attacks - Now I do much more. Some days are bad and others are good or ok.

*hugs*

Yeah it’s very important. I’ve got to be more responsible with taking them and not missing doses. I’ve been doing that way too frequently lately and it’s becoming a bad habit.

I wish I were at home with a bag of potatoes and maybe peanut oil. I'd fry up a few pounds of hash browns, it takes longer than you think. And have two eggs over easy and spam, Pluto TV advertises spam a lot lol.

Yo, I have a question for you all.

Can caffeine (such as that contained in coffee) cause mood swings?

I have been having severe mood swings, and I am wondering if it's due to drinking 5-7 cups of coffee per day.

im pissed right now

saw the new doctor and she refused to prescribe clozaril, trying to put me on caplyta which is new, expensive, and less effective then clozaril

called the partial hospital and the doctor was extremely mad and basically said to disregard everything the new doctor said and he'd keep writing refills until he found someone else

Omg ASU REALLY wants me to come back to their school. Not only have they been calling me twice a week even tho I emailed them about not being able to financially. but just got an email saying my 2000 dollar financial hold was lifted for fall. Omg.

I feel like this is a major sign and opportunity.

Idk what to do tho still. I’m so lost when it comes to college.

So you know I love school, but I’m not sure if you’re well enough at the moment.....last time you blew it off and that brings debt only. Now on the flip side, it might bring you out of this depression because you’ll have something to focus on...could you maybe take one class only?
