Feeling content now though..

I was also stressed out cuz there's meds everywhere. I organized them. So I won't freak out about things that I should bring with me on the holiday.

You can decrease month by month instead of week by week. I'm sorry you're in this situation.

So.. I think I might either buy a few phones and some odds and ends. I have to spend my stimulus money or it will be taken away. I'd have to have them shipped to my friend.

Thank you! I am currently going to try to lower by 0.25 mg every month. I hope that will work. My doctor agrees too.

Also does anyone know any good coping strategies when withdrawal symptoms set in?

Have really bad acid reflux right now. It’s my own fault. I ate breakfast this morning then fell back asleep immediately after eating even though I know you’re not supposed to lay down right after eating. And I woke up with the worst heartburn.

Otherwise my acid reflux med is working great. This thing was just my own fault

I slept good last night

I requested 4 horror DVDs from the library, they should be in next week

The Curse of La Llorona
It
It: Chapter 2
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

Looking forward to having a horror movie marathon. I'm going to get all the Insidious movies later in the month too since they have all of those as well. I have the book Misery by Stephen King on hold too.

My pumpkin carving tools and stencils came yesterday. I think I'm going to carve one Frankenstein and one vampire, not 100% sure yet though

I'm going to the park with my friend tomorrow, there's no rain in the forecast, it's supposed to be a high of 66 degrees, and cloudy

I’m proud of myself. I stayed off social media for almost 2 full days. That’s the most I’ve gone to without it in a very long time, yeah I know that’s bad. But it was a nice little break. I went to CVS, family dollar, the library. Paid off my library late fee. I had some trouble focusing and was eating kind of unhealthy because I was probably missing the dopamine from social media/internet use but it wasn’t too bad.

I want to try spending more time practicing ukulele, reading, going places with my friend, or just hanging out. Getting outside for fresh air, walks/exercise. Having more experiences

I also unsubscribed from most of the email lists I was on. So now my email doesn’t blow up like crazy every single day. And I turned off notifications on most of my apps on my phone except the Medisafe notifications to take my meds and my mood tracking app,

I'm stocking up on food. Food costs are high and they're going to get even higher. Supply chains are literally falling apart.

I'm so afraid to use or buy drugs anymore. My awareness and decision making has increased dramatically. I had fun - Great fun.. It was a realm that I don't really regret cuz I could have just killed myself. Now my 3rd eye has seen enough.. What to do now... - I think getting insight and ideas from other people would help.. But now the pandemic and insanity. I was so alone though.. Still.. I watched the stars and northern lights, messed up in all ways.. What now.. What.. now..

The corruption of the world is real to me.. So there's that. I'm lucky to be alive now in this situation compared to others. But have I truly lived? I'm not sure.

I asked my friend to get me a Nokia XR20, and I'm going to order, through the business office, a Zenfone 8 and a OnePlus 8T. I have to spend my stimulus money before it's taken away and phones still get me excited. I could have bought an iPad but the bigger the item the harder it is to store. I might also get a Pixel 4a. The funny part is that I want the Nokia here, and I want the other phones safely stored away from the nursing home. And I'm ordering them backwards.

If theft weren't such an issue here I would have gotten a new computer. But it's impossible to store here.

The discounted price I got for the Nokia was about $367. But my friend has to pay over $500. for it. I wish they'd let us get debit cards.

This is definitely the year for me to stock up on phones.

Heading out to the park with my friend in about an hour, the weather is nice and cool

I know my sister LOVES steak, so I asked her if she likes Outback Steakhouse, she said she does. So I think I'm going to get her a gift card to there when I start my Christmas shopping in November
