Hey guys. I’ve been having adrenaline rush since last night. So much energy and excitement and brain is racing thinking about some fun but risky experiences

I need irl friends too. Would be nice if my neighbor is cool to hang out with but right after we moved she put a grinch decoration that says, “Go away”. Makes me wanna make a painting to hang on my front door too saying, “No u”

I feel so much better. Im not quite sure why. Making coffee.

I've changed dramatically. Maybe I was just really tired while socializing because I was asleep 1.5 hours before I was at town Coffee connections. I needed to fully wake up.

It is however very disturbing how I was. I was almost paranoid, sketchy.

I fell asleep after taking the klonopin and woke up feeling a lot better

I’m going to take a walk to the pharmacy tomorrow. Then I’m going to take a 45 minute walk on the treadmill. Hopefully the exercise helps my anxiety

Getting on the treadmill in a little while

I did 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Was aiming for 45 minutes though. But I was getting tired since I haven’t exercised much in a long time. I’ll just keep doing it everyday and build up to 45 minutes over time.

Did some reps with my 8lb weights. And also some squats with my resistance bands. Worn out. I’m out of shape.

Omg omicron is 73% of new cases....🥶

I had my booster shot today. I feel OK, my arm hurts a little bit but other than that I feel fine.

New world order scares me

I have to prepare for my death for the 20th time this year.

Welp I have high blood pressure, no more boozing it, no more coffees in the morning, No more salty Mcdonad's breakfast, and lots of potassium to add. I hope that does it. I'm not a spring chicken anymore. I learned this when I went to the dentist, I've been taking it in slowly haha Gotta figure out my dinner routine next, but breakfast and lunches are an easy fix. Its just that at the end of the night im always too tired to cook. :-/ I should see a doctor to be honest. I have a lot of questions about half lifes and nutrition levels.

I have about had it with the holidays already. I don't get it, really. Just seems like I'm stressed. Don't know what will help.

Music and reddit to relax

Going to my friends to hang out tomorrow, have his Christmas gift I bought for him, hopefully he likes it. We'll play some Arkham horror then maybe watch a movie.

I am very intrigued by The Witcher series on Netflix. I know it's also a series of games too and books. I want to read the books sometime.

I’m exhausted...bf woke me up with arm pain last night thinking maybe a heart attack but refused to call 911. I was like wtf. He said maybe I should drive him to Er at 2am. I’m like they won’t let me stay with you due to covid I’d just have to drop you off and you’ll be with all the covid people in the waiting room, better to go in the back and get a a gurney from ambulance. Trust me my family has been in the Er all this year and ambulance is the way to go. He was worried about his insurance coverage and I was like they cover a heart attack...just call and talk to them. Anyway two hours later he’s still deciding what to do I was like you’d probably be gone by now if this was a heart attack and went to bed. Idk if I have compassion fatigue or if it’s because I was so tired.

He called his doctor this morning and doctor was like not a heart attack you worry too much. Now he wants an ekg from urgent care.....I’m like you have to get the ekg when you’re having symptoms not after they’re gone. I still think he should have called 911 last night just to be safe but he was worried about money.

On the plus side he called his insurance today and they were like yeah 300 copay for hospital which is standard. I told him next time call 911 and he still doesn’t agree.

Always better to take an ambulance because they can help you if something happens on the way....Hospital is thirty minutes away. This is especially true during covid though because you end up on the intake side not just a general waiting room.

Decided to instacart....we are both to exhausted to shop later today....going to make a Greek salad for Xmas to bring with mostly because it’s cold so easy to transport

Apartment complex gave out half subs today w/ cookies, brownies, a juice box, and some masks. The cat got a little of the turkey from my turkey sub so she’s happy. She was relentlessly trying to get some. The food was good.

I did like 30 squats yesterday with my light tension resistance band (I have a light tension one, medium tension one, and strong tension one) and I’m so sore today.

I’m so excited for Christmas!

Have to admit I’m kinda jealous....I wish random subs cookies etc showed up at my door ....

I felt very good last night and had a bit of racing thoughts.

I took the Vyvanse at 9am and woke up at noon - I'm disappointed that this has happened for 3 days in a row.

It takes me 3-4 hours to wake up. Then I have another 4 hours of wakefulness and then have to sleep again - When I don't feel like sleeping.
