Have you heard about the giant spiders that are spreading in the south? They're poisonous and going to spread along the east coast. I'm not a fan!

I'm not saying that so you all will tell me that I am not a loser. It's this darn illness. It messes with you.

I decided long ago that I wouldn't be having children because it wasn't fair to the children to have a Mom that is this unstable. Even though I would love the children more than life itself. But a bunch (like 4) of my cousins have been or are having babies within like 6 months. 5 new babies (two were twins)! I have a baby shower to go to on Saturday. I don't want to go but my Mom can't go alone. It's at night and she doesn't do well driving at night. And she has memory issues. While I am happy for this cousin (and maybe a little jealous because she already has everything) I am unhappy for me and that's so selfish of me and plus I chose this (plus life kind of chose this because I never found the right man to get with to have babies). I'm sad and grieving and feel the loss. I don't know. I just feel like a loser today. It sucks. I want to SH to get rid of the feelings but I know ultimately that won't help. Just sucks. I suck.
Hugs Kit. I didn't have kids for the same reason, I didnt want to screw anyone up by being their mother.

That sounds good to me! I still look back on when I wrenched my back trying to pull someone into their wheel chair and the pain was so bad and I was using up my stash of tiz with happiness because I loved it so much! Roll Call 191

Yes I saw that, I didn't realize they were poisonous though, that's scary. If I see one I'd probably have a heart attack and die before it had the chance to bite me though lol

My tooth has not hurt since before my dentist appointment yesterday. I'm so happy. It's still a little sensitive to cold liquids and foods but it hasn't ached at all. I was able to sleep straight through the night without waking up at 3am in pain

I'm making myself eat the salads I bought, instead of letting them just sit in the crisper and go bad like I usually do. I'm trying to add more vegetables to my diet. I'm following a sub on Reddit called volume eating. It's just people posting awesome foods and meals they have, like eating as much as you can with the least amount of calories. So instead of eating like a plate of pasta which could be a lot of calories on it's own, eating a massive plate of vegetables and a small plate of pasta, you can eat more and get more full if you add in a bunch of lower calorie foods that are healthy. People post these awesome recipes where you can eat huge portions of food for a lot less calories than you would think because all the food is lower calories. Vegetables in specific are very helpful because you can eat a lot of them/bulk up your meals without many additional calories, they're healthy, and you can actually do a lot with them if you look into different recipes.

The office that rescheduled my eye exam last week to next week (the same office I go to for dental) just called to cancel because now they no longer have an eye doctor, so I have to figure something else out because I need another exam so I can get replacement glasses

I know VisionWorks takes my insurance (Medicaid) for a pair of glasses every 2 years, I don't know if they take it for an eye exam though

Call them up, usually an exam is way less than glasses.

Yeah I called it says they cover them, I'm just waiting for my sister to decide on a day she can take me so I can schedule the appointment. It will have to be on some Saturday because she's busy on the weekdays

I think there's a $10 copay for the exam but the glasses are covered completely without copay

I'm ok today but depressed, like what's the point.

I work tomorrow until Sunday. Then I sleep in on Monday.

Then people will visit.

I'll be happy about that

Cuz I feel very alone. Lol..

I followed my meal plan for today. I didn't have the salad with dinner though because after eating the baked sweet potato I'm already full, and I don't want to push it because I have acid reflux and eating too much at once isn't good for that, everything else on my plan for the day I ate.

Tomorrows meal plan:
Avocado toast and a banana
Berries and Greek yogurt, a salad, and a string cheese stick
a sloppy joe, brussels sprouts in thyme sauce and a also a little cottage cheese
my snack will be a plain rice cake with hummus spread on it

I think I'm doing a bit better with eating balanced, I feel like I'm eating somewhat healthy without completely depriving myself. Typically I'd restrict for a long time, then get to the point where I lose control, binge, purge, and repeat the cycle over again on and on
