I’ll be honest I almost passed out, started hearing ringing in my ears when they did it and was shaky and feeling faint but it went away. I’ve never had that happen before with any of my piercings or tattoos. Either way, it’s done and I’m really happy with it and love the jewelry size because it’s really small and dainty.

I still plan on getting my hair cut and colored blue, it will just be like 6 months from now cause I need to prioritze paying for my permit and paying to go back to college first. After those two things then I'll have a little extra money and will be able to afford to do the hair thing

I'm finally doing a lot of things I've wanted to do for a long time but have been too self conscious to do, worrying about what others think or that I'm "too old" I'm 29 years old. Got my septum pierced finally. Getting a cool har cut and color eventually, getting more into style as far as clothes go

I was coming in from vaping and I had a bad panic experience. There was a free chair but this guy slid into it like 2 steps before me. I begged him to let me sit down but he wouldn't. Luckily there was another chair that someone nicer had vacated. Sat there for like two minutes and then got up and came to my room.

I should note that two of the smokers have recently been giving up their seats for me, so there are some nice guys here. I'm just so sick of these panic attacks.

Beautiful day!!!

I want to have telepathic thoughts with alien devices in the sky. But that is for another life.

Today, Idk what I'll do.. My plans are kind of halted (By news, etc). I do the ADHD things, chill out..

Must look deeper into the strings/attachments that are leading everyone off of the big cliff.
Thanks for this!

I’m glad there was someone nicer who let you have a seat and I hope the panic attacks ease soon

Thank you, Blue_Bird! Have fun with your new piercing. I have to get my left ear pierced because my original piercing tore my ear in two with the headphones I was using all the time. It has been years now and it never healed. I have part of my earlobe that's big enough to get pierced, so I'm hoping to get it done.

My mom is cooking salmon. We went for a hike =] It was really hot and smokey, sweat through my clothes, then had a shower... At the end, I just turned on COLD water.

Very very refreshed (More than I've ever felt maybe). Lots of water, I drink too.

Hiking is so good for mental health that’s great that you went on a hike

My nephew just got out of prison for drug related things (we’re the same age) haven’t seen him since 2016, he’s been in there this whole time. He is home now though and he’s probably stopping by this weekend to say hi. He’s staying with my sister/his mom at the moment. It will be good to see him

It was really great seeing him today, been a long *** time since I last saw him, my niece came by too and it was great to see her as well. He looked pretty rough but I guess almost 8 years in prison will do that. He has a giant scar on his face from someone cutting him and he has false front teeth because a guard punched him and knocked out his front teeth.

Anyway, he has a job, at his fathers relatives restaurant. He’s on parole, so has a curfew.

Still hard to believe my niece is driving now. She just turned 18 last month.

Never mind.. I'll continue with the interdimensions...

Stabilized psychosis is the only way to be. Gotta harness all of my odd thoughts, and use them as scrap for something.

Went to the doctor today. Going good! I am doing good. I feel good. A bit slide back the other day with my eating disorder mind but I’m recovering and ignoring the thoughts.

So I’m doing good. I forgot to mention to the doctor I sometimes feeling lightheaded when I stand up too fast. Oh well. See if it keeps happening.

I went to the gym again today with my sister. I was doing 385lbs on the leg press and this buff woman came up to me and was like ‘YEAH GET IT GIRL!’ She introduced herself and we were chatting. Chatted with a couple other people who were working leg exercises as well. It was great!

I feel more welcomed at this gym than I ever did at the last gym. I always felt at the last gym the skinny *****es and the gym bros would look down on me like ‘ugh she’s so fat’ but so far at this gym people seem to be like no judgement like ‘oh she’s strong’.

I am overweight and I’m carrying a bit of fat, but a lot of muscle underneath. I’m not built to be running or anything. I’m built heavy, bulky, and carrying a lot of muscles.

So the gym is working out great. The owners are nice and know my name and say hi when I show up. People are friendly. We’re all working on our goals and lifting heavy weights. It makes going to the gym even more fun.

I’ll probably go to the gym again tomorrow before going to the dietician. And probably go again on Sunday. I’m a gym rat, what can I say. I put in the work.

Oh, I’m going to see the new Indiana Jones movie with my sister on Sunday. Aside from that no other weekend plans.

Just got back from the movie theater. Insidious: The Red Door. I loved it. Also there was a preview for the Nun 2 (it’s a horror movie sequel), it comes out in September. It’s part of the whole conjuring universe. Most likely going to see it.

Also I went to bingo today and won a prize. A double pack of shampoo and conditioner. So one is a bottle of shampoo and one is conditioner. Daily Moisture Dove ultra care.

I saw my nephew for the first time in nearly 8 years. We’ve always been close. More like brother and sister than aunt and nephew. Maybe because we’re the exact same age. He’s always been more of a brother to me than my two actual brothers have been.

Got my septum pierced yesterday. It’s been a great couple days

Blue Bird, I have a partial solution to your love for Coffee. In Japan, they add tea to their coffee, and I've been doing that, and it's great. I even tried adding Caramel creamer to it, and it tastes exactly like coffee, but with less caffeine. I add 1/3rd coffee, a bit of creamer, then fill the rest of it with tea. My glasses are rather large though at 28 Oz's

Roll Call 200
Gym again today! Conquered the hack squat. Did 405lb on the leg press.

The woman I talked to yesterday was there too. Gave me a fist bump and we chatted. She competes in bodybuilding and legs are her weak spot. I made a friend!

Got dietician appointment in a bit and then maybe go to Costco or stay at home and play video games. Idk.
