Good morning! Just got my exercises done. For self care today I think I'll work on my Thoughts & Feelings workbook which has techniques for dealing with anxiety. Yesterday I journaled.

Well done, Blue. I have a diary, too! I've ... 'diaried' since about 10 years of age, but on and off. I actually have diary entries from when I was a tiny child. 'o.O These days, most of my entries are in German. xD

Anywho, checking in...

Just went down to Sainsbury's in town to get my 3rd tub of £30 protein shake. xD I hate spending the dosh, but it's good faeces, so I guess I can't complain! Not sure if I updated y'all, but I've lost another pound or two in weight, maybe 3. I'm probably about 200lbs now, ... when I finally go under that 200 mark, I'm gonna be so happy. xD I'll celebrate with a large Domino's pizza! (joking of course, 'though I miss those days x_x)

Pushed fairly hard in the workout, but honestly, I coulda done more, I just couldn't be bothered. The whole workout, I was just kinda wanting it over. This is an example of one of those times when you really don't WANT to, but you HAVE to, and you DO it anyway. Remember that. Even if you bail earlyish, at least you made the effort; THAT is what helps keep you consistent, in my humble opinion.

Much understanding and supportive love from moi. We're in this together!

PS

Question to you all: what's your favorite exercise? Nevermind what's healthiest and most efficient, what is YOUR favorite. For me, it's pullups; I love the feeling of pulling myself up like that; my head all the way over the bar; it feels great. I imaging I'm climbing a wall, sometimes. xD I used to do that a lot as a kid.

Zwang, that's neat that some of your journal entries are in German. I will be starting to learn Italian soon. Congrats on your weight loss! I always joke with my mom that when I get to a certain weight I'm going to celebrate with a bucket of KFC and a large pizza lol

As for my favorite exercise, I think I'll go with speed roping. It's fun

Lol. xD Awesome. I haven't had a takeout in a couple of months. x_x I miss it... I love Domino's wraps; the Chicken Tikka Hot ones are amazing, I find. I love spicy food. But, I guess I could have a bash at making something like that, without all the excessive processing junk they add into it. (like sodium)

Yeah, people ask me if I'm fluent in German, but I always say hell no, ... my idea of fluent is to be able to speak the language as well as my native tounge, or at least close. But, as it stands, I read/write far better than I can find the words in the spoken language, ... I'm slower on the pronounciation, especially with some words, and I frequently get caught out with nouns I don't know, idioms I don't recognise, and sometimes grammar usages that I've yet to deal with. I can usually understand what someone is saying by taking what is familiar about it, but that can leave room for errors. I'm good enough to listen to some German music, watch a couple of programmes in German, have some stuff on my computer and my phone in German, aaaand to have conversations with people in German, which I frequently do.

Thanks ! and I'm not sure what the difference is in the UK
I'm going to be taking online classes with a college for a two year program to get an Associates of Arts in Psychology, then move on to my bachelors degree, then eventually masters. I think I'll do good, this is my second attempt at starting college, I tried when I first got out of high school but was very unstable then and it didn't work out. I'm doing a lot better now

40:30 workout today. I kinda left it late because I felt really sick, earlier. That lemon musta been FAR too much. Went to the shops earlier and stocked up on some cous-cous and other such healthy shizz. Quite a good workout, all things considered. Pushed myself hard; feeling it.

Gonna sound weird, but... was feelin' my pecs, as you do when you assess muscle growth and definition (don't look at me like that!) and ... yeah, they've grown! I've got muscular boobies! loool or as I used to say, "They're pecs, not boobs!" Weird thing is, I didn't think I was even working them out that much, ... I guess the pullups and pushups really work the pecs more than I realised. (PS, yes, I am a guy xD)

Wow, Blue, that's awesome! I hope it works out. I̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶k̶i̶n̶d̶a̶ ̶s̶c̶r̶e̶w̶e̶d̶ ̶c̶o̶l̶l̶e̶g̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶ I had problems at college, too, back in those days, but yep, just like you, I'm doing better now.

Lol great job Zwang!

No exercise for me today, woke up feeling sick. Not feeling too great still but okay enough to go to group tomorrow, so that will be my self care, and I'll get my exercise in after that.

Congrats Blue Bird. And thanks for being an example of how to take care of yourself.

I've been swimming pretty regularly in the mornings and keeping track of my blood sugar levels. Before I go to bed tonight, I'm going to listen to this great guided meditation that really helps me to relax.
Thanks for this!

Congrats on your pecs. They're some of my favorite muscles. For some reason, when they feel sore from exercise or when I feel them getting stronger it make me feel great!

I have been working extra hours. I am very tired. The best I could manage was to take a shower and go to bed asap.

Keep up the great work everyone!

Did my exercises today. For self care, I bought some Chamomile tea that I'm going to try tonight.

Checking in. Got my thirty-five minute workout in, even though I almost skipped it again, for lack of will-power. (even ate yet more biscuits :\) I think I MIGHT be ... what's the word ... "falling off the wagon" a little, with regards to the diet. It's so damn difficult. x_x It's only a little slip-up, 'though I do kinda feel like a huge pizza binge is just around the corner. lol Just need to hold out until the bulk stage so I can eat some sligthly different things.

I bought a lipstick online and it turned out to be way too dark. I hate when that happens! Sorry, this probably belongs in the rants thread.

It's okay, and that is annoying. I like buying stuff online but sometimes it turns out to be different than expected.

Good for you! I just started doing yoga again at home; I don't always get in 45 minutes, but even if I do 20-30 minutes I feel so much better! Keep up the good work! And I had a snack last night after several days of fasting and eating clean...oh well; had to try out a new apple cake recipe, so at least it had fruit in it! Today is a new day!
