i have gotten-- the rest of the dishes in the dishwasher, it amazes me how this crap piles up.... got some of the counter cleaned off
I got the trash gathered and ready to go out-- again amazes me how this stuff accumulates.
I have aleady gotten laundry done the other day.

I started another project with crocheting (a small one but none the less a project to do)

I think I am going to make some pumpkin bread here soon...

Staying up to be moral support for my S/O to go to the doctor.

Maybe not something that i have done right, but my cat he has been jumping around on me and things, and just makes me smile.

Made it through work even though I DIDN'T want to go and DIDN'T feel that I could do it.

Exercised and showered and accomplished every chore/task I set out to accomplish.

Maintained a good attitude with my husband and in general.

Realized I am often stronger than I think I am, with a little perseverance.

Doesn't mean I'm not exhausted and want to curl up in a ball though!

I went to work, even though I was tired.
I got emotional support for something, and didn't bottle it up and feel worse.

Maintained a good attitude and kept my cool at home. I've been doing well at keeping my negative emotions at bay (outwardly) for a good couple of weeks now.

I exercised for the first time today in about a month after I had given up. Got the motivation and help from a zen master that has been long dead. Inspiration transcends even death. Amazing.

it's a little right and a little wrong

I let my S/O read my poem here on PC.....

It is right due to, i let him know that i am not all peachy right now-- even if that is what everyone sees or wants to see

It is wrong due to --- he thinks it is something with him, or he questions it still of why do i feel this way and when i say-- past things, ....

it is wrong due to i feel he questions, so we can deny...

I don't want to deny, i can not deny-- to deny is to kill the very part of me that keeps trying.

I realized I wasn't as stupid as I've been telling myself lately. I was able to help out someone who always seem to have the answer to everything.

i spent yesterday baking 6 dozen cakes and other sweet goodies for a charities AGM, today i was so embarrassed when during the speaches i was named, pointed out and thanked for doing them! my shoulders will take a few days to recover from spending yesterday with my elbows above my head as my kitchen is unadapted but it was soooo well worth it to see everyone enjoying my cakes today.

Well done, that is a very hard thing to do. the world will always continue whether you run with it or jump off every now and then for a duvet day. I have actually started to rosta in duvet days (me days where i do me things not others things) and guess what, people actually respect when i say i can't do something because it is a duvet day! I never dreamed that i could have me time untill recently but it is great when you do get it. well done again and may you have many more days like this in future x
