Why do I feel like my Xanax XR makes things worse. Or have I just built up a tolerance to it already. It could also be the messed up Geodon dose starting to hit me. I haven’t had any in about 14 hours.

I feel troubled, but I'm not sure it's anxiety. To be honest, I recognize that I'm really fed up with my voices.

My anxiety was mild. I went to the mall to pick up an order and I haven't been there since early this year.

I've been playing my game. I feel pretty calm. I also did a couple of meditations. I'm pretty relaxed.

Anxiety was low today. I have finished my online shopping for Christmas gifts so I won't feel stressed. I need to do more meditation.

My anxiety has subsided almost completely but I am still having major difficulty with social relationships and depression - I have removed myself from group activity but with covid so apparent, so have most people.

My anxiety was pretty bad today. Playing ukulele helped. But later the sense of impending doom came back. It gradually went away though and I feel okay now. I'm trying really hard to learn ways to manage my panic disorder

I feel a little anxious. I might have to leave the house today to take my cat to the vet. It depends on the weather and how she is doing. I will practice some grounding exercises to deal with my anxiety. I'll also meditate this morning and try to keep myself calm.

My therapist told me about some guided sleep meditations on YouTube by the Honest Guys. It worked for me last night in winding down and getting to sleep. It was great! They have other meditations as well. Just FYI.

I feel a little anxious. I'm starting to worry about my day. I may have too much planned. I guess I can scale back some.

2 milligrams of Xanax one was fast acting did nothing to make me feel better. Kinda thinking it’s not anxiety. I’m not even thinking or caring about my therapist today.

I feel anxious. I have an appointment today. I'm not looking forward to it. I wish I had a PRN. My med provider did prescribe Buspar. I'll have it in a couple of days. It's supposed to take the edge off.

I had 2 Xanax this morning at 3AM. Then my extended release at 10. I just took another regular Xanax half an hour ago. I still feel anxious but I haven’t eaten today besides a slim fast and I’ve had a ton of coffee. So makes sense. My nerves are just up in general too.

Recently inspired to pick up and tune my ukulele. Played a few songs, but having a difficult time making quiet time for myself. Also, letting my anxiety get in the way of most important tasks and unexpected tasks. Two days I reached 10,000 steps this week, so I am in a small amount of pain while walking but am making due without any pain management meds. Back on melatonin at night.
