Went to DBT group, individual therapy and my psych appointment, long day whew. Idk if my psychiatrist believes all my symptoms or not, I told her how I believe we're living in the Matrix and everything is a computer simulation and we don't have free will because something or someone is controlling us, I believe this to be true no matter the fact that I know it is distorted thinking, no facts and no one has been able to talk me out of it, it pretty much controls my life at the moment, I don't even think my cat is real or that I'm real. I also.told her about my hallucinations, amd the fact that for 3 days I was convinced the police were after me after a couple of vivid dreams of me going to jail. So we upped my dose of Geodon to 120mg, 40mg in the morning and 80mg at night. Went over to my Dads for dinner, had pizza. And I still haven't received my new insurance card in the mail yet, but did recive a letter stating they the social security administration is reducing my SSI payments in September because I didnt recive a payment on the 1st of July, wtf, more government BS, sigh...

May I ask what dose you were on of the geodon?
I take 80mg twice a day.
IT keeps me sane.

Hi I'm new to the forum. I just got out the hospital. I was there a month. I'm on Trileptal and seraquel. But I ran out. Now im just Waiting

Still feel awful... Lots of SI and such, except more frequent and stronger than before. Wish I didn't have to drive to work. *sigh* (Oh the downfalls of working full-time...)

Also, have to go to therapy at 7pm tonight. Gonna be a loooong day.

Feeling so much better today than I was mon and tues. Really think hormones are killing me. Just had a mood check pip up on my phone cause I'm trying to track this **** and sure enough I was down two days this week. Somehow I have to figure this out...I can't take SSRI

I've been drawn back to PC to express my current episode. Why does this come so easily when depressed rather than in a euthymic episode? Probably because when depressed one stays home more so than one that is happy and actually wants to experience life. Plus, misery loves company.

I take 40mg in the morning and 80mg and night so at total of 120mg, it was just raised yesterday, I hope.the new dose works for me. And hugs to you too.

Called.my new insurance company this morning they said I should have my new insurance card in a few days, idk if I believe them or not, we'll see, but at least I got over my anxiety and called.

Do you need it right away? You can get your insurance info if you ask for it. They'll give it to you over the phone

All you need is insurance name, BIN, PCN, Id #, and card holder name

I did this when my insurance card took 1 month to come in the mail. My pharmacy accepted my information.

Rose, I'm in a similar situation. New insurance starts today, the 1st, but I have ECT again in 6 days. I hope the cards get here. ... Or the hospital accepts information without the card. I certainly can't pay for ECT out of my own pocket.

I feel weak and weary. I fell off my diet. I cancelled out of my women's meetup.

Thanks for this info, it is really helpful, should've asked for it today, but I was told.since it is a Medicaid health plan well am plan through them that my policy number is the same on both cards, confused me a little but they were able to look me.up through my MIhealth number (Michigan Medicaid card) so if I don't have it by next week when I refilled my Lamictal (I'm a week off Got my Geodon last night no issues, but I'm a week ahead on my Lamictal), so here's hoping I can get it this week maybe, it takes 30 days for it to come, and I enrolled.I think on August 3rd. But thanks for the information it really helps.

Today was okay. Third try to get the A/C fixed. Repairman was windy but it looks like we're good for now.

First day in the new place, feel kinda sad and mopey and out of it, it corresponds to a med increase though so I'm not sure what to blame it on.

I'm having deja vu with my mother being here. She moved in for a few months around this time last year and my depression took a deep dive. I was already feeling sad, but since she has been here, my symptoms have skyrocketed. Why does she exacerbate my symptoms?

Having a helpless, blue, personality-less day. It seems like every Thursday. It seems like every week. I'm not a rapid cycling person but lately my ups and downs and been predictively uncontrollable.

And I have to take care of everyone else.
