I feel really good. Like someone switched the d*** light switch on in my brain.

Work was uneventful. I worked by myself all day, so it was a little boring not having anyone to talk to.

So, so tired. Having a good time but have been more active in one week then I have in 6 months. That's a good thing...I think. At least I'm out of the recliner.

Hope everyone is ok. Hugs for those that are struggling.

Slept ok but hips are still bothering my sleep. Still using a pillow between my legs. We need a new bed, ours is 16 years old. I am thinking a number bed, very expensive but I think I could use a firmer mattress and hubby wants a pillow top like soft one like we have now. So a number bed is appropriate.
Increasing my seroquel as we taper off the klonipin.
Down to .25mg of klonipin, it has been an easy taper so far, keep fingers crossed. Got the results of my DNA genetic testing. She prescribed a folate RX as a result of the tests. She said it may improve my mood as it helps the other meds work better. Will take it for 3 months and see if it does. At $40 a month, it is rather expensive if it doesn't help.

Bizi I used to have hip pain all the time but then I got a sleep number bed and it's gone. Had that bed for almost ten years now and still my hip pain hasn't come back. I just thought I'd share my experience.

Checking in. It's 10 PM here, and yes I've been up since 2:30 AM. Not manic, been tired as heck all day. Was starting to lose it around noon, when the only thing that settled me down and got me through work was some Vyvanse and Klonopin.

Got my new Instant Pot today, so I made a chuck roast with onions, potatoes, and carrots. Turned out really well, probably some of the best tasting meat I've ever made. Finished it in a fraction of the time it would have taken in the crock pot. That was fun.

Watched Star Wars Rogue One with my kids in the evening, another enjoyable activity. So in all it was a good day.

Like I said, 10:00 and I'm signing off. Took Seroquel tonight so I'll be guaranteed to sleep through. Night, all.

Good Morning All! Totally excited and jittery, grad party day for the kids (2 from college 2 from university). Final preps under way and yahoo the sun is out and its going to be a gorgeous day! Do I sound a little wired? Feel that way, hoping its totally party related and not the start of anything else.
Hugs to all today and I hope you all have a relaxing day (and you all slept well last night)!

You might want to. They're all the rage these days. It's a well-built and well-designed electric pressure cooker. I've never been a fan of pressure cookers, but this one just might have me convinced of their worth. Like I said, they're all the rage and have forums, FB pages, and a cult following. I'm also not into trends, but I figured pressure cooking has been around for ages so that part isn't a fad. The best part of the electric one is that you don't have to babysit one on the stove. Anyway, if you want more info than you can handle, just google it.

Checking in this morning, hope everyone is doing well. The Seroquel gave me 8.5 blissful hours of blackout, and I woke up without too much of a hangover.

Currently on the road, taking the family to Six Flags for a day my employer is sponsoring. They give us aadmission, a huge spread of food in a pavilion for lunch, Flash Passes so we can skip lines, and season passes to boot. It's a pretty good day of recreation for a family of six, especially since it's free! And it's only just over an hour from home.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a stellar day. To those hurting, hope you find some relief. To those stable, good on you. To those manic, do your best to not get arrested. Seriously, have the best day you can and I'll see you on the flip side!

I don't know about hungover proper, but I definitely feel funky. If I get up and go back to sleep I'll wake up feeling worse and it only gets worse the more I sleep.

For several moments today I had an incredible feeling of bliss and joy that I haven't felt in 35 years. It only lasted for a brief time but if it came once I hope it will come again and stay longer.

Today I made huge strides in cleaning my house back up. Made it to the pool and soaked up some sun for about an hour. The water was too cold for me, but I did sit and put my feet in. Got pizza, but my son wanted Little Caesars and won. It is not what I wanted lol. Have felt really good all day. Might pull out the sofa bed and watch a movie later. Right now, I think I might read awhile. Which is exciting to me. I love to read, but my concentration has been too poor the last few months. I better hurry up and finish this book from March. I'm sure the library would like it back now.

So much for that nice long spell (months!) of relative stability. The cracks have been ramping up in the past week or so.. Now plummetting off the rails. ****. Just ****.

I really just want to hide in a hole. Forever. I can't do this anymore.

My mood swings have been really severe. Since I have not been feeling well, I have no filter when it comes to things that normally I'd be able to brush off. I was a loose cannon around family. I apologized, but they don't believe me, but I understand they are still probably mad. Unrelated to surgery, my shoulder is hurting so bad and part of my back that I'm using heating pads and taking medication. I know I am accountable for my mistakes, it's just hard not being able to take back my actions. Plus, I wish my moods would even out more compared to how they've been.

Its getting dark. Trying to tell N2 that she may not sleep downstairs if she's going to keep the windows open. (I opened them to cool it off down here.) Its just not safe. In fact, we're not keeping the windows open downstairs at all. Upstairs, sure. She can put her fan in the window in her room. But that's rational. Hopefully, the a/c will be fixed tomorrow before N3 gets home so I don't have to go through with this rigamarole again tomorrow night.

I bought a paint by numbers kit yesterday. It was a nice distraction for a few hours, so I may by another. Anxiety returned afterwards, so I decided to order a pizza. My sister then called, it's always nice hearing from her, it lifted my spirits a little.

I am veering hour by hour between states of intense anger/confusion to relief and peace due to recent family episode. I never ever thought I would consider a close relative "dead" to me.
But it is what it is. Trying to find peace in the whole thing

Also wondering about the Zoloft. I feel amped up. Could obviously be the situation I am facing but this feels different than my usual reaction. I kinda sent a work email out that was a little angry as well

Who knows at this point!

Hugs to everyone!
