Most of the poses are on the floor and held for longer like meditation. It’s very relaxing , don’t know where it originates from.

I took a shower last night, put on fresh warm clothes from doing laundry, had Mistletoe scented wax melting with Christmas music playing on my yule log DVD and the lights out. It felt wonderful. Especially after such a long day. Took trazodone and went to sleep even though I had the urge to stay up and drink a bunch of coffee.

Took a hot bath last night before my sleep study.
Took a shower this AM and washed all of the glue out of my hair.

Love to all!

I took a hot shower and used my tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner. Then I cuddled up with a fuzzy blanket.

*Used my light box.
*Left work exactly on time.
*It was quite rainy, so when I got home, water had gotten into my shoe and I was generally soggy and chilled. Jumped right into a hot shower and then jammies. It wasn't even 5:00 yet, lol.

Woke up with a minor headache
Took a morning shower and washed and curled my hair
Went to work; and was able to actually do my job
Went grocery shopping with R to make junk food for the office Christmas Party; a few other coworkers came over to help make deserts
Took another shower about an hour ago; did not wash hair

Got up a bit early and washed face, applied mad hippie vit c serum on my face and neck (love this stuff), brushed teeth, dental mouth wash and concealer on my rosacea, dressed in clean clothes had 2 cups of coffee.
My normal self care morning routine. Sharing a non scale victory: scrubs are looser today!!! yay!!
Ready to start my day!

Unlike yesterday, I remembered ny morning meds. It's so rare that I forget them. Whenever I do, it usually becomes apparent by the end of the day. Yes, I felt unwell.

Today I will take it easier than yesterday. Yesterday, I made 100 (exactly) vanilla crescent cookies. I felt on the verge of death by the end of the project. Such big physical projects are just too much for me. Luckily hubby helped with some of the clean up.

I worked out a ton today. It helped with nervous energy/anxiety and voices. It's almost like if I put everything into intense workouts I'm almost physically fighting the voices, I know that sounds strange. The harder I work out, the better.

I've been meaning to ask this do you have a favorite scrub brand? I'm personally loyal to Cherokee Infinity and Med Couture. Glad that your clothes are fitting looser.
